I was able to go on a mission trip to Minnesota Native American Reservation, Squaw Lake when I was 13. I learned the four Spiritual laws, and I accepted Christ through the training. I was able to share the Good News to mostly to teens and kids. His Holy Spirit deeply filled my life, and I wanted to grow my passion for God. Working at Chick-fil-A is a great ministry experience because I was able to serve at a corporation that promoted our God. Also in Chicopee, we focused highly on service and going the second mile as Christ did. I truly love the value of Chick-fil-A and the unconditional service I gave to my co-workers and customers. I also was able to lead counselor at a VBS a church in Wilbraham where I was guiding young kids into different
lessons about our God. I learned vastly how to interact with kids about the Gospel. My Lord also taught me how to be a role model that represents Christ to the youths. I learned that kids can have an awesome passion for God too. I was able to serve at Convoy of Hope. I worked in the kitchen crew where I was able to serve people free meals. This service opportunity allows me to see God's love pouring out to the urban area of Springfield Mass. God was gracious pouring his love throughout the community of Springfield. There I learned how to serve enormously for his kingdom.
Chick-fil-A recognizes that their brand promise starts the minute the customer enters the premises. When a store opens for the first time, the franchised operator doesn’t just see an opportunity to sell his food product, but rather a “chance to interact, build community, and engage with customers and the community at large. We do this in a variety of ways. First and foremost, we strive to provide 2nd Mile Service to each customer. As we work to continuously improve, we want customers to experience something unique. We want to build community and create relationships between our customers and our food, people and restaurants” [3].
TQM is a company’s complete “culture of quality” approach which focuses on long-term success. It strives for continuous improvement, in all aspects of an organization, as a process and not as a short-term goal. TQM’s involves everyone in the organization to transform the organization into a forward-thinking entity by influencing attitudes, practices, structures, and systems of the entire organization (Business Dictionary, 2014). TQM was crafted by William Edwards Deming, a statistician who specialized in statistical process control after World War II. Deming outlined 14 points of TQM where all people of an organization can constantly search for ways to improve the process, product, and service. Deming developed the
To begin, it was very busy, there were traffic cones and employees directing traffic to get inside. The setting of Chick-fil-a was very welcoming, the employees were eager and ready to serve the customers. It was very busy during the lunch rush, but it was super clean, efficient and the cashiers were helpful and friendly. All of the employees were eager to help and their smiling faces showed it. Chick-fil-a is known for it’s second mile service and everyone seemed to genuinely want to be there. They employees didn’t seem to get annoyed with the people taking their time ordering or being a difficult customer. A few of the customers seemed to be taking a little longer than normal to find what they wanted to eat.
The quality of the nuggets at chick-fil-a is better than these other restaurants. Personally even when it comes down to the service received , chick-fil-a always supersedes the others. According to Odyssey , Chick-fil-A employees are some of the nicest people who will ever serve you. They always greet you and make sure you're taken care of. They're always willing to take your trash, refill your drinks, and have a conversation with you. They are quick with giving you your food and always make sure you have everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your meal. They stand out compared to other fast food employees and seem to be having the time of their lives while working (2017). Chick-fil-a has the best nuggets to me because of their dipping sauces as well. Even though chick-fil-a has a blast of flavor , dipping sauces just tops it off. (Business Insider ,
Being accepted as a manager by your colleagues is one of the most notable high point in anyone’s career. Rising within a company is a goal most of us share. Organizations always need leaders - individuals who can emotionally form individuals into a committed team focused on one goal. However, at a certain stage, organizations also need generals - individuals who balance process and risk in order to maximize the organization's chance for success. It is refreshing to know that there is a company that cares about serving quality food fast, that has compassion for people, that knows how to have fun, and that takes advantage of every opportunity to impact the community for good. That company is Chick-fil-A, Inc.

The time I was lost at Walmart, I was six years old I was mad about something and that’s when I started wandering off somewhere until finally I turned around my mom was gone I looked all around couldn’t find her anywhere the feeling of me being by myself without know one being here with me to protect me or be here with me, I felt like I lost her forever and that I can’t find her anywhere because Walmart was like a huge store so it was gonna be tough to find her, after a while I started crying and calling her name “mom!”, at that moment one of the employees at the store helped me find my mom by operating on this entercom and called her name luckily I knew her name because if I didn’t how else will I suppose to find her, next they called her

Chick-fil-A is one of the fastest growing fast food restaurants chains according to businessinsider.com. Chick-fil-A has been around since 1946. That's longer than Mcdonalds, Wendys and even KFC. Although, Chick-Fil-A has not always been a success. In fact Chick-Fil-A made a upper level management change that still affects their business today. The company decided to separate themselves from every other fast food restaurant by providing customer satisfaction in many ways. The first thing they did was provided a quality product that people could not resist. They use a supply company that they call to get all of their products. This is the same supply company every Chick-Fil-A calls to get their resources. They use this system so that the production
Eating at a restaurant that smells or looks filthy can be disturbing. Many other fast food chains don’t prioritize cleanliness, but Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond requirements in regards to a sanitary eating environment. We’re idling across the parking lot with people walking every which way. Everyone flooding into one complex out of the three plus other businesses. Above the door in a greasy stainless steel font, sharp letters spelled Chipotle Mexican Garille. As we squeak to a halt I notice each figure walk one by one into what looked like an archipelago, just there were no islands just a dense area of heavy emotions. I walk in and the vibe of heaviness and pressure invades the stratosphere of my presence. Inside my mind I cannot comprehend how long I might be waiting just to get my food. Standing minute after minute made my legs feel as if my bones were boiling liquid, as if they were lava from an infuriated volcano. I wondered if leaving and coming
I was a certified child care provider, providing care or so was called babysitting for families in Hilo. I worked especially on the weekends and after class on weekdays.
During my seventh grade year, my church went to a youth rally at a local church on weekend. Because of this rally and the message it sent, I realized and wanted to give my life to Jesus through baptism. It was awesome, I got home as a young teenager and actually talked to my mom about what it really means to be a Christian and to pick up your cross and follow him. So that very next weekend, my dad baptized me in front of the whole church on Sunday morning. It was an awesome feeling knowing that because of Jesus’ grace and mercy, I will be with him one day and spend eternity with him. Although I was on top of the world at this point, I still didn’t know fully what I had gotten into. So the next few years, I live the typical Christian life. I was trying to be the perfect person by doing the right stuff, I would try not to cuss, I would try to wear as many WWJD bracelets as I could so that I wouldn’t have to talk to them about Christ and they could just see it on my wrist, I would not join in on conversations with my friends that I knew were not right, I was just living life on cruise control.
In today's world, there are many different ways to get involved in religion; various methods have attracted groups of all ages and races. One popular association is FCA or Fellowship of Christian Athletes. This particular group has helped me to find Christ in my own life. There are a lot of unconventional activities to help the younger generations get involved. Some of these activities included Death Week, which focused on death and pain, meetings about family and divorce, lectures to help people reach for their goals, and encouragement speakers. There is a great deal of fun incorporated into all the seriousness, though. We went on ski trips, did missionary work, and put on skits. All of these activities involved Christ in some way, and helped the younger generation to realize that being spiritual was not 'uncool.'; When I attended the FCA meetings, it was the one time that I actually felt free from all my problems. FCA helped me to find my spiritual self and gave me a sense of completion.
