What I learned about myself as an individual was that I have a pretty cool personality. I am a tactile learner which means that I like to do hands on stuff. I’ve always thought I was a visual learner since I like to draw and could only learn from seeing visuals but now I notice that I am a tactile learner since I wiggle around my chair and stuff like that when I study. As much as I like visuals to help me learn I do prefer hands on activties. Also the personality quiz did change the way I tihnk about myself. I always thought of myself to be an extrovert and to think criticaly but it turns out that I am an introvert and feel more than think. My letter code was INFJ. Apparently, INFJ’s care deeply about others and make sure they feel emotinaly …show more content…
good inside and I could see that in me. These 2 quizes helped me a lot to find myself and to learn more about me. 3 careers I would be great based on my personality and career choice would be Chef, Musisian, and vet.
I would be a good chef because I enjoy it and the main thing is to make sure people feel great about their meal and choice of ordering it and I think it would be good for my personality type. Of course lots of socialzation in that job would be compilments or complaints but it’s ok if not everyone likes the quality I make cause there will be haters but that’s ok. I think I would be a great musician because I took this one test in my science class and it said my type of intelligence was musical and I believe it because I get fully immersed in music and I play an intrument. I think it would be fun to preform to make tons of people happy at concerts or even just a private perfromer at small parties just to add life to it.Also this job was suggested on my type of personality.Lastly, I would be a good vet since I love animals and my personality wants to end all suffering between everyone. Although pets can’t talk they are very valuble and lovable. Some job in the medical feild was suggested since I was an INFJ.Overall INFJ’s like jobs that don’t include much socialzation but if it does then it’s helping people with their life/mood.Overall there are many jobs I would like to do, which is good to have incase that one job doesn’t work

When I took the MBTI, some of the things I knew about myself were reinforced, and I also learned some new things about myself and my personality. The four letter code that I received was ISTJ, representing introversion, sensing, thinking, and judging. I expected each of these preferences, and when I read the definition of each, it further strengthened my understanding of what my personality really means in “technical terms.” My four letter code came with titles such as the Duty Fulfiller, the Responsible Realist and the Inspector, names I also agree that pertain to myself. Some of the attributes of an ISTJ personality type include serious and quiet, dependable, well-organized, hard-working, goal-striving, determined, logic-based, orderly, and traditional. If I were asked to describe myself, I would more than likely use nearly all of these terms to do so, which goes to show how accurate this test was, for me at least. But, I also can pick out some challenges that may arise because of the personality type that I am. One example relates to being an introvert, who prefer to focus on one thing at a time.
It took me a little while to think on some of the questions because I had to think about what the true answer was and not just how I wanted to view myself. I’d say most of the results are accurate except for competition and significance. They do not describe my personality because I’m a pretty laid back person and I do not like to measure myself according to other achievements because it would drive me crazy to live my life that way. I’m the type of person that doesn’t care about what other people think about me unless it is my close family and friends. On the other hand discipline was very accurate. I’m the type of person that will get things done because I control that part of my life. I need to be in control of most things in my life or it is too unpredictable and that scares
The Myers and Briggs personality test is unlike many of the personality tests you will find randomly online because it was designed to examine the ways in which you focus on the world and make everyday decisions. After taking this test myself I have found out a few things about myself that I did not really notice before. According to the Myers-Briggs test my personality type is INFP, which stands for Introversion, iNtuition, Feeling, and Perceiving. At the start of this test I had no idea that I was considered an introvert because as far as I can remember I have always loved being around people and never really thought about things before acting, which is the exact personality of an extrovert. The end of this personality test has a section that describes the different traits of those under that category and as for what it says about me I do feel that it matches some of my traits to a tee, but at the same time I feel like there are a few traits that are a bit off. Perso...
After taking this personality test I could not decide if I felt that my results were accurate about me or not. The personality test resulted in describing me as an extravert, intuitive, feeling, and judging (Humanmetrics,
Who I think I am? I’m not exactly sure who I think I am or how to describe who I think I am. I tend to act differently around certain people. Constantly changing to try to seek approval. Constantly in fear of accidentally doing something wrong; that I might say something wrong and all my friends will abandon me or leave me for someone better. I think this fear came from when my best friend was taken from me. I had known her since preschool, but she had met another girl and she stopped talking to me completely. I’m in constant fear that this will happen to me again, so I struggle to be accepted. I don’t want to be forgotten again.
The results that I have obtained from the personality assessment were: INTJ. These results identify that I am an introvert; I tend to be intuitive; I am a thinker; and that I need closures and feel the need for things to be organized or structuralized. I personally believe that the results I have obtained from this assessment truly reflects who I am. If I contemplate about it, I need to be able to grasp onto things before processing the next information, especially when people are telling me multiple things at a time. I enjoy to be myself and sometimes, around a group of other people. But, I mainly tend to study alone and stay to myself rather than engaging with other people. In addition, part of my intuitive resorts to me assuming certain things without using any sort
After taking the online personality test I learned that I am an INTJ personality. Consequently, this was not a big surprise for me because I had already taken a similar test in my psychology class and ended up with the same result. I did not learn how accurate the test was the first time since I did not do further analysis on the exact meaning of my personality type. The 16 personality type’s website de...
I was born and raised in New York City and lived there until the summer of 2008. In the 14 years of living in New York City, I had numerous events that influenced my life. Each event serves as a memory of something that once was. Trying to decide which memorable event from my past to write about is difficult because many of the events in my life have shaped me into the person I am. To narrow down an event, I am choosing to write about my experience of attending Green River Preserve summer camp located in North Carolina, where I learned to appreciate nature and all the living things around me.
Summer vacation, and school ends for about three months, and then you have as much fun as you can, then back to school… right? Well I had to go to summer school, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Everything was going fine, I had a job after summer school, and that was going fine as well. They say that summer is supposed to be fun and exciting, and it usually is for me and my family. However in July my father started coughing up blood. My father usually doesn’t make it his top priority to go to the doctors, so he waited about four weeks until he really didn’t feel good.
This test can help determine the type of personality a person has. We are born with our personalities. We can see this in babies. Some are more laid back than others and some need constant attention. As we progress in life, we adapt our personalities to fit a situation. Sometimes we are forced to go beyond our comfort level, maybe in our job for instance. But we still maintain our individual personality. This never changes.
My personality type is Extroverted, intuitive, feeling, perceptive or ENFP. According to the description in the exercise, ENFP's are warm, enthusiastic and live their outer life more with intuition and their inner more with feeling. This assessment is consistent with the results that I received in part I of the exercise. I am an extroverted person who enjoys being around and working with people.
What is my personality? How do we develop our individual personalities? Was I born with a preset personality? And if so can my personality be changed well into adulthood? These are questions I asked myself, while I gather my thoughts as to what my personal theory of personality is. So far in my quest of self discovery and introspection, I can see that individual personality can be altered and is very adaptive throughout life. I see this in the ways that many individuals go into counseling and with time and true determination are able to move at times from unstable personality condition into a healthier state of being. I truly believe that many aspects of theories already developed can be used to explain the
There have been tons of things that I have learned and been taught in my life, by a number of people such as family, teachers, or even friends on occasion. The things they taught me vary from math and other related subjects to just some truly simple yet meaningful life lessons. However, there is nothing quite as unique, quite as special as a person teaching themselves a life lesson. It really is an amazing accomplishment for a person to teach themselves something. It is not quite as simple as another person teaching them something because it is not just the transferring of information from one person to another. The person instead has to start from scratch and process the information they have in their mind in order to come up with a new thought

I am sentimental, out-going, indecisive, understanding, curious, naive, lazy, and young. I want to be ... , well a lot of things, and growing is discovering what they are. I feel people cannot see the potential within, although there is no one to blame but myself. I look to others for approval instead of to myself. I aim to please; it leads to approval. I don’t like to discuss my faults; I pity myself.
