Recommended: Experience in student leadership

The Waverly’s Leo club has been a big part of my life for the last two years. Recently we went to our very first Leo club convention in Pickerington, Ohio. This event has had more of a impact on me then all of my other years of high school. The activities, people and good positive energy is what made this impactful. The sharing of projects made the experience very humble. The Leo club convention consisted of numerous other Leo clubs across Ohio. We met new people and talked about the leo projects we do. There was a project that really caught my eye, that I wanted our Leo club to do also. A thirteen year old girl and her friend made t-shirts and bracelets for their friend with cancer.
