From when I was a little girl, soccer has been a huge part of my life. My parents raised me with the sport of soccer. We loved watching FC Dallas no matter how their season was going. Most of my memories of being a little girl have been playing soccer, going to FC Dallas games, or just watching countless matches on the tv on Saturdays and Sundays. The funny thing is that I even went to FC Dallas games before I was born. (My mom was pregnant with me). As a young child we would try to go to games at least once during the season. We would make so many memories and we would just enjoy each other's company in the stands. However, there was one memory after going to a FC Dallas game that I will never forget. (TMI ALERT!!!!!!) The game was over so …show more content…
(I was probably 8 or nine). So we started to leave because we knew that there was going to be a lot of traffic trying to come back home. We hadn't even got out of the parking lot and I told my parents that I really had to go to the bathroom. They were so pissed at me so they forced me to hold it. Unfortunately, I couldn't hold it so I just started to go in my booster seat. I've never seen my parents so mad at me. They decided that it would be best to stop at a Kroger before we started back home. I went to the bathroom inside to clean up. The good news is that we got a free tshirt from the game so I changed into that. It was so embarrassing but it's truly a memory that I will never forget. Other then that, I didn't find the game exciting. It was 90 minutes that I sat in the stands and then occasionally started to cheer when Dallas was about to score. Nevertheless, I still had a great time at these games, especially when the stadium was called Pizza Hut Park. Pizza+ Soccer= best day ever. It wasn't till I was in middle school when I started to know all the players and enjoyed the game at a deeper level and not just when I got an excuse to eat …show more content…
One time we were trying to find the perfect seat for the game and I remember Kevin Hartman (FC Dallas goalkeeper) waved at us. We were probably 15 rows away from the field, but he still waved at us. It made me feel so special and appreciated because I never met him before. Just imagine being a young kid and having one of your favorite players wave to you before a game. That's crazy. I was playing soccer at this time so it definitely made me want to be a soccer player when I grew up. I was a young girl so of course I had high goals and expectations with what I wanted my life to become. I believed that I could do it and I would be the next greatest thing. Unfortunately, there came a time where it just wasn't fun. My life had gotten busy and my friends were starting to quit. I would have to join a new team pretty much every year because there wouldn't be enough people on the roster. It was starting to grow old and I didn't enjoy making new friends and having them leave once the season was over. I still love the game but looking back, I should've stuck with it. There were so many great life lessons that I learned because of
Going to a Carolina Panthers football game and it was great! I used sight, hearing, smelling, feeling, and tasting when I went. Out of all the NFL games I have been to, this was by far my favorite. There was so much to do when I went there. We were walking to the Carolina Panthers stadium and we were a couple blocks away.
Being involved in a sport was one of the best things I ever did. I starting playing soccer at the age of 7 and did not stop until I was out of high school. I loved to play soccer more than anything, I would play fall soccer, spring, winter, and summer leagues, and I could never get enough of soccer. I too, just as Mox had a couple of coaches I did not agree with, I hated to play for them because I felt that they had other motto’s besides just coaching the team. I would still play because I loved the game but did not agree with what they had to say. If I had a good coach I would play my hardest to help the team out.
From an early age I always knew I would be playing soccer my whole life. My dad showed me the ropes of how to play and got me interested right away. By the age of three I had started playing, and to this day I have not stopped. Soccer has been a huge part of my life and I don’t know where I would be today if I never played. I met some amazing people playing soccer including my coaches who encouraged me and told me never to give up as well as my teammates who became my friends and were always there for me.
Soccer has helped me to become the person I am today. It has given me the opportunity to build relationships that I would not have made elsewhere. Playing the sport has helped me overcome my issues with anger and has made me tougher as well. I am thankful that my parents pushed me to keep playing when I was younger, because now I adore playing soccer and could not imagine
After four years of a new team every season, I went into my first practice of my fifth soccer season expecting the same to be true. Play on this team for one year and then be randomly placed on a different one the following year. Little did I know this team, especially the coaches, would leave a lasting impact on my life. I gained an invaluable support system that has stuck by my side for an upwards of nine years.
As I was growing up, it was my dream to become a famous soccer player. Driven by this motivation, I started playing soccer when I was five years old. Since then I had played for my elementary, middle, and high school team until I joined college and focused on my study.
I was so excited that I got to finally experience a Packer game and know what it feels like to be in stadium during a game. It was the day of the game and I couldn't wait to leave I just wanted to get there soon as possible. It was just Me, my mom, and my dad that went to the game because neither of my sibling like football.
The photographer takes my picture and I sit with the rest of the team. We were still missing the last person who was probably going twice the speed limit. Henry finally makes it and we all measure ourselves tallest to smallest. Kids argued they were taller to hold their ground on the team. As usual I was the smallest. I was forced to kneel in the muddy soggy wet grass. Then we are all ready and the blinding flash hits us all. It was still about 10:00 in the morning there was still that mixture of morning dew and goose poop that made you wonder why does this smell not faze me. We all groan as the photographer says, “One more,” in a fake happy voice. The game finally starts as the referee proudly blows his whistle. I have that small relief that everything was ok and god was on my
My classmates and I had to take the subway, it was really crowded, my face was literally glued to the window. The subway roared with cheering fans, it shook the whole train station. The train finally made it to our destination, everyone scattered out subway like cockroaches. The TD garden stadium, arena was stunning. This has been my first time ever viewing Boston Celtics vs. Milwaukee Bucks live instead of watching it in my family room. The seats of TD Garden's stadium rumbled with faith to encourage the Celtics. I met Rajon Rondo on the sideline, he was injured, so he unable to participate in the game. He had a great sense of humor and great sportsmanship. Even though the Boston Celtics lost the game, it was awesome an experience for my classmates and I. The next morning, it was time for us to fly back home to Arkansas.
When I turned three, I started playing my favorite sport to this day, Soccer! I love soccer because it gives me this feeling of excitement and I just love winning with all of my friends on the field. I loved soccer and I looked forward to it every day. I met a lot of my friends in soccer and it is one of the reasons that I started to become an athletic person. Soccer is still my favorite sport and I love it. I am planning to still play soccer up to the varsity team.
Soccer has always been a part of my life since I was four years old, it has also been in my family for a very long time. My father played soccer all his life and also in college, the same thing goes for my sister she also played in college. So soccer is in my blood and because of that reason and because I have been playing since I was four years old it has taught me some very important lessons that will benefit me greatly through the rest of my life.
The game went by fast and it was soon halftime. We had ten minutes to talk to all our friends. Sitting in the stands
Soccer is one of my values and I believe I am really good at it. Soccer is my favorite sport and will always will be my favorite sport. Every year i make new friends and they become a great team. I’ll be honest my soccer team isn’t always perfect but at the end we become friends. High school soccer is a bit challenging, but i’ll never give up on my dream.

When I got to high school soccer, everything changed. Soccer is so much different. I remember my first game, first play, i had the ball I got hit and i looked at my dad and he kinda shrugged. It took a lot to learn how to play at this new level. I worked hard through freshman, sophomore, and junior years.
