My most memorable vacation was my trip to Orlando in 2010. That week, we went to Walt Disney World. I also went to a Titanic Exhibit down there. I remember getting to ride my favorite rides for the first time on that trip. I also remember seeing the nightly shows at Disney. It sounds like a simple trip to Florida, but it left me with some of my most precious childhood memories.
The first thing that we did in Florida was Titanic: The Experience. It's basically a museum dedicated to the Titanic. When you go in, they give you a card with the name of a real passenger or crew member on it, and you have to roleplay as that person. Then a guide comes and gives you a tour, where you experience things like the Grand Staircase,

At the time, the Magic Kingdom Park had the Wishes fireworks spectacular and the Spectromagic Parade. Epcot had Illuminations, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios had Fantasmic! Currently, the only shows that they still have at Disney that were around in my 2010 trip are Illuminations and Fantasmic. The floats for Spectromagic were destroyed by termites about two months after my trip, and the Wishes Fireworks Finale was on May 11, 2017. In its existence, Spectromagic was famous for its music, its use of fiber optics to make some features on floats seem like they’re moving, when they weren’t actually moving. It also featured less well-known Disney Characters such as the Three Little Pigs. I remember loving Spectromagic when I was little. It truly was a beautiful show. Then Wishes used a combination of fireworks and music to tell a story. It told a story about how wishes can come true. In all honesty, I’ve never seen Illuminations or Fantasmic. I saw Spectromagic and Wishes once, and couldn’t stop going back to the Magic Kingdom at night throughout that entire trip just to see Spectromagic and Wishes. The two shows have a special place in my childhood memories.
This simple trip to Florida left me with some of my most precious childhood memories. That week, I got to visit a Titanic exhibit. I also went to Walt Disney World that week. It was a normal vacation to Florida, but it left me with memories that will last a lifetime. If you ever get the opportunity, I’d recommend visiting those places. You won't regret
What comes to mind when you hear the word adventure!!? Well there is a place in Florida that is guaranteed to bring out your inner kid every time you visit. This place is known as universal Orlando Florida. This is a place where you can go on vacation and have fun like never before as you did when you were a kid. On my visit to Orlando I stated at a four-star resort located inside the theme park known as Cabana Bay Beach Resort, also went to universal studios and islands of adventure were I felt like I was a kid again.
In 2009, my parents and I decided to travel to San Antonio, Texas for vacation. My parents and I have traveled there before, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back. With many places to see and do; my parents thought that we should go to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. It was at this theme park, where something happened that I would never forget.
There is an immense amount of rides in Walt Disney World. Some of the most famous rides are The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Space Mountain, and the Rock 'n' Rollercoaster starring Aerosmith. Also known as The Tower of Terror, this incredibly detailed attraction takes people very high up so they can see out the window for just a second, until it drops them to what seems like their doom. This is done repeatedly, until the ride comes to stop. Another thrilling ride is Space Mountain. On this mostly pitch black journey, riders are pulled into action in ups and downs. Another exhilarating
The sound of music, filling the air with happiness, resonates throughout the area. The scent of delicious buttery popcorn and glazed turkey legs that go on for miles and miles. The feeling of excitement coming into the place is felt in the atmosphere. It is the image of a once in a lifetime moment. When people come in, their imaginations become reality. The name describes itself perfectly. Walt Disney World is the place of dreams and imagination. People come from all around the world to see the rides, characters, food and the entertainment of Walt Disney World. I remember when I went to Disney World this past March. It was the third time I have gone to Disney World. To see the amazement and the expectation of the
While famous celebreties proclaiming “I'm going to Disney World!” is indeed just an add campaign paid for by Disney themselves, it easily brings to mind all the memories of famous theme parks you remember. Safe to say, Disney is not the only force to be reckoned with. Indeed, there are many theme parks today. Surely, most of my audience has heard of Busch Gardens in Virginia, or Knott's Berry Farm in Southern California. The Six Flags Theme Parks always have a jaw dropping number of rides. But very few hold something for both young and old vacationers. Fewer still actually have a resort within them. Even fewer have parades every night. Only one theme park holds all these, and is also several Theme Parks within itself. Disney World is just such a place. The park may close at night, but that doesn't mean you can't rent a Pirates Of The Carribean Hotel Room inside the Disney World Hotel and Resort for the night.

So have you ever been to Disney World? Most of you probably have been there. I didn’t go to Disney World until November of last year with my family. I wasn’t sure what it would be like, but it was incredible. It was a lot of fun, and it was a great experience because I was with my family.
Everyone who has ever been to Disney World thinks it’s going to be the vacation of a lifetime but when we went it was the vacation from Hell!
The first theme park opening in 1955 was Disneyland in California. After one full year of construction demands and a total investment of $17 million the Six thousands invitations to the grand opening had been mailed inviting people to experience the magic Disney had created but when the gates opened the Disneyland was far from magical. Workmen were still planting trees, the paint was still wet and the asphalt wasn’t set. The food stalls and restaurants ran out of food due to the high number of people because of counterfeit tickets being sold. Walt Disney didn’t know didn’t know what was going on because his attention was on the live broadcast. The rides broke down shortly after use. When Walt Disney World opened in 1971 the
Grandfather and I just arrived in the Middle colonies of North America. Now that I have arrived, I wanted to write you this letter to let you know what it is like here.
Celebration is a town located relatively close to Disneyworld and Walt Disney conceptualized the idea of the town. I will explore how Celebration is an example of Walt’s perfect America.
The second I stepped foot onto the amusement park’s property, I could feel the magic swirling all around me. As I walked through the crowds of people young and old wearing Disney apparel and Mickey Mouse ears, everything seemed so enchanting: the cheerful music, the twinkly lights on all of the buildings, and the stores that could have been from my favorite Disney movies. Walking along the streets, I took pictures of everything around me because I did not want to forget a single detail; I took pictures of the vibrant yellow, red, and pink flowers that lined the streets, the buildings with intricate details and designs, and the massive roller coasters that glided so swiftly on their tracks. The air was filled with heavenly scents of sweet churros, and I had to get one; it was delectable. Everything at Disneyland seemed perfect and like it was out of a movie. Even as I was about to leave, I got drawn back in; spectacular, bright, colorful fireworks started bursting right over my head, and I could not bring myself to go. My first visit to Disneyland was truly enchanting and magical. At the time I thought no other vacation could
When I was a young child I would love to hear my parents tell me that we were going on a trip. I would be full of excitement, because I knew that we would be going to a place that I had never seen before. My parents, my brother, and I would pack our luggage and venture out in our small gray minivan. Three of my most cherished memories in our minivan are when we went to Disney World, the beach, and the mountains.
Throughout someone’s life they will go to many places with their family, friends, another relatives. I have been on a few vacations that have made a lasting impact on my life. But one of the most memorable vacations I have experienced was with my cousins. I went to goa beach. Most of you probably don’t know about that beach but it is a very famous one in south India. I enjoyed myself to the fullest. The beach environment was enlightening. I would not have wanted to take this trip with anyone other than my cousins. We had a great time on the ocean sands and swimming in the ocean everyday made this vacation unforgettable.
