A few years ago when I went to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with my mom, dad and sister was the most memorable vacation I had gone on. We had went two summers ago when I was fifteen. I got to do somethings that I had never done, and things I may not get to do again. I got to go parasailing, went on a banana boat ride and went on the Sky Wheel. Parasailing was made my trip so great. There was so many things to see just driving through town. There were hundreds of people, cars driving, lights around and tall buildings everywhere you looked. All I could hear were peoples blasting their radios, talking and cars running. Once we got to our hotel and brought our suitcases, we started walked around town trying to find something we wanted to eat and then do. When we were done …show more content…
eating and looking at a few stores that we passed, we headed straight for the beach to feel the warm sand and to feel the water. The beach was crowded with people everywhere, laying and running around. After the beach, we had looked around for things that we could do and there seemed to be a lot. There were restaurants, rides, shops, different boat rides, the sky wheel and what seemed like the most fun, parasailing. The first few days were a blast but the last day was the most memorable.
My dad, sister and I all wanted to go parasailing after we saw the advertisements and all the people flying over the water at the beach. We all wanted to go try it. It seemed so cool to be so high in the air, seeing all of Myrtle Beach. The last day we were there my dad asked if we wanted to go parasailing yet. I was so excited that I would get to see everything from a different view. After all deciding that’s what we should do, we got to the place along the beach and picked out our lifejacket size and paid. They made everyone get on this long banana boat to ride out to the boats that would drive us around. The banana boat ride was wild. It splashed and bounced around like crazy. This got me even more hyped up. We got to our boat and they hooked all three of us buckled in. Then we started flying. The feeling was unbelievable. I felt like I was a bird flying and I was weightless in the sky. It was crazy to see the water so far back and all the little dots of humans on the beach. Seeing all the tops of the buildings and throughout the town is was made the trip so memorable. It was the most beautiful sight I had ever
seen. I couldn’t believe what I had seen while parasailing. It was such a different view being in the sky instead of on the ground. I felt so weightless and free. When we got back to shore from the ride back, we were all amazed at what we had just seen and how it felt. We walked back to the car all talking about it with big smiles on our faces. It made me happy that we all got to do this together and that we all loved what we did. I’d never got to feel so free like a bird or had quit a sight like I had seen up there. The last day in Myrtle Beach was one of the best days I had ever had. Even though I had tons of fun shopping and going to the beach, my experience of parasailing was what made the trip so memorable to me. The feeling of being weightless and seeing everything in Myrtle Beach from so high up was something I’d never forget. Going to here I knew would be fun, but I didn’t know I would be able to do something like this. Parasailing was what made my memorable trip so wonderful.
In 2009, my parents and I decided to travel to San Antonio, Texas for vacation. My parents and I have traveled there before, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back. With many places to see and do; my parents thought that we should go to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. It was at this theme park, where something happened that I would never forget.
Out of all the trips I have taken, Cancun was definitely the best. It was 2013 and I was in fifth grade. I had known about the trip for weeks and I was so amped up for the plane ride, for the hotel, and especially the ocean. I was in science and the teacher was getting mad because I was distracting all the kids by jittering all over the place. Finally I heard my name called over the intercom and I leaped for joy and ran out of the classroom. From school we drove to the Iowa Airport, got our tickets and loaded onto the plane. Our first plane took us to Chicago, Illinois where we boarded a plane , at the O’Hare International Airport, departing for Cancun,Mexico. The second plane was very lengthy, I tried to sleep but I didn’t actually fall asleep
I took a hot shower and then my parents and I looked outside the balcony to see the outdoor section of the waterpark and there were lights everywhere. People were walking on the sidewalk and the mix of the night and all those balcony lights was beautiful. My mom gave me another shawarma sandwich for dinner and then I went to sleep.
One of the few vacations my family ever went to, was a seven day cruise. At the age of 12, my mom took my sister, grandparents, and I, on a cruise to the Bahamas. I have never been on a boat before, much less a cruise, so I have never experienced being on the sea. As excited as a 12-year-old could be, I embarked on this journey.
I was riding a Town and Country minivan half way to Daytona Beach when my father told me we were going to do parasailing on the coast of Daytona Beach. I started to freak out in my mind. I was very scared of heights, but if I didnt do parasailing my brother wouldnt do it. So I told my dad yes I will do parasailing. On the rest of the ride to Florida I was thinking about parasailing and how I will overcome my fear of heights. Once we arrived to Daytona Beach we checked into our hotel and went in to our room. We all took a short nap and went to the beach. From the coast of the beach I could see people parasailing. It looked like the people were above the clouds. This made more scared of parasailing.
I have never really been one to believe in fate or destiny, per se. However, I do believe that everything happens for a reason. Many events needed to line up perfectly in order for Trevor and me to meet up in Myrtle Beach that weekend. I was about to start working at my first Army unit. I never expected that I was going to fall in love.
It was the type of family vacation that a girl dreams of. A luxury hotel in Cabo San Lucas with a stunning pool and the aquamarine ocean steps away. A perfect excuse to lounge about in my royal blue string bikini, highlighting my long legs, 38D breasts, a physique shaped by years of sports, and made my eyes really pop (they're two colors - one is green, the other blue). As I reclined on the teak chaise, raybans on, blonde hair caressing my cleavage, I felt a small drip of water hit my thigh. I raised my eyes and was met with the sight of a tanned man standing about 6 ft. tall with thick, slightly wavy, brown hair, eyes that reminded me of molten chocolate, and a mojito in his hand.
More and more people has a pressure in their life. So they need a place to escape from the city and it’s crowded in order to get away of their troubles and stress. There is always some place they can go to getaway. Just by going to this one spot can aid you from all stress that is occurring. For me, the beach clear my mind and take away all my pressure.
It was a very busy place with many people walking and driving. The city itself was beautiful full of lights the stores filled with people. As the day turned into night without me even knowing I new there was much more to explore. I was so into the city that I became the city, the mall was huge I remember having to look up at it and say how it was such a beautiful place. I remember thinking that I love ho large and beautiful it was. It was so amazing and happy to stay there the a whole weekend. I remember the second day was Saturday. My mom, sister, niece, and I decided to the explorer more of Chicago. We got to see many different places. As we came across a building with candy designs on the outside we decided it was a place we should explore. We entered the store and it was like candy land, it had candy everywhere you looked, I thought it was
It was a summer in Tahiti. I had never been there before, so everything was foreign: the sights, the sun, the ocean, the people, the way the air felt on my skin. I was taken away with how intriguing the country was. It was amazing to observe how other people lived outside of my small town in Southern California, outside of my country I call home.
When I was a young child I would love to hear my parents tell me that we were going on a trip. I would be full of excitement, because I knew that we would be going to a place that I had never seen before. My parents, my brother, and I would pack our luggage and venture out in our small gray minivan. Three of my most cherished memories in our minivan are when we went to Disney World, the beach, and the mountains.
My most memorable family vacation took place two years ago. We went to Corsica, a French island situated in the south of France right next to Italy. I remembered waking up early excited to visit this new land. Used to take long flights, I was surprised to arrive to the destination after a one-hour flight. Even though the flight was short for me, it was stressful for my mom, she has never felt secured in a plane, probably due to the fact that she is afraid of height. When finally arrived at the destination, the dry and warm weather was there to welcome us. We all felt relief, and knew that this was the beginning of the summer. Excited, we had a lot of activities planned for the few weeks, me and my father could not wait to dive in the clear
After we got off the airplane, we rented a car and drove to my Uncle Joe?s house. We finally got there and then we all went out to eat dinner. We went to some Italian restraunt and boy was it good. To this day, I have never tasted anything as good as the Veal Picata I had that day. I ate so much that I could hardly move and once I got back to my uncle?s, I just passed out and went to bed. I had a big and exciting day ahead of me. I was going to Universal Studios and I couldn?t wait.
Going on a road trip with my family means the world to me. We drove to another state during summer vacation, and it was by far the best road trip I have ever been on. My family and I were able to go to many fun places. We ate so many exotic and delicious foods as well. Yet most importantly, I spent time with my family and their friends. It was the day when my family and I went to California for our summer vacation.
Throughout someone’s life they will go to many places with their family, friends, another relatives. I have been on a few vacations that have made a lasting impact on my life. But one of the most memorable vacations I have experienced was with my cousins. I went to goa beach. Most of you probably don’t know about that beach but it is a very famous one in south India. I enjoyed myself to the fullest. The beach environment was enlightening. I would not have wanted to take this trip with anyone other than my cousins. We had a great time on the ocean sands and swimming in the ocean everyday made this vacation unforgettable.
