1. When I had first got my license, I, of course as a young immature teenager wanted to drive everywhere. To the grocery store, to my friend's house, to the mall, to the gas station that was five minutes away. One day I was coming home from spending all day with my best friend. I was on the highway, driving at night, it was dark and late. I decided to make a detour and go get food to satisfy my late night cravings, so therefore I had to take a different exit then the one i was originally supposed to take. I kept on driving and a huge trailer started to change lanes without noticing that I was there. If I didn't change lanes as fast as I could the car would've hit me. It all happened so fast I forgot to look to see if I could change lanes, …show more content…
I have been to Disneyland in California and it was pretty cool, but I had never been to Disney World in Orlando. So for spring break, my closest friends and I decided to go to Disney World and stay at a hotel in Orlando Florida. Disney World has four different parks, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney's Hollywood Studios. We went to each park on a different day. The first day we went to Magic Kingdom, it was magical and fun. Second, we went to Epcot, it was my personal favorite park. The day was bright and the sun was shining so bright. Epcot made me feel very connected to mother earth and nature, it was beautiful. The next day we went to Hollywood studios, it was nice and interesting, and the rides were so much fun, but sadly it rained so we didn't stay for much long. Last but not least, we went to Animal Kingdom. I absolutely loved it, the animals were beautiful. My experience was amazing, I would definitely like to go back one …show more content…
I've always been a person who loves to help others, so when I heard that there were families suffering hunger in the country my parents were born, I really wanted to do something about it. I told my parent that I really wanted to do something to help them, they agreed. We spent about 2 months and a half saving enough money to go to Honduras and buy enough food to feed a small town. My parents and I bought our plane tickets and when we got there the first thing we did is go to our hotel and rent a car. We bought as much clothes, canned food, fruits, bread, anything we could bring and bring it to the small town. When we got there we saw families living on the streets, with no clothes, no food, nothing. It was so sad, but what brought us joy was to see people's faces light up when they saw all the food and the new clothes we had brought them. I know it wasn't a huge impact but it was a start to end world
It was the summer of 2012 and my family was taking another trip to Six Flags Great America. Earlier that summer we went just for me to be disappointed. At the time I wasn’t 54 inches yet and couldn’t ride any of the rides that I wanted to because they were the most popular at the amusement park. But, I hit a growth spurt between trips and we planned to ride all of the big rollercoasters. The one that I was most terrified of at the time was Raging Bull, one of the tallest, fastest, and longest steel coasters in the US. As we started to wait in line for the ride I was shaking with both anticipation and fear and began to rethink my idea to ride the rollercoaster. I decided to stay in line and see what many people thought was a great coaster.
Universal Studios Orlando, some say that it is the best amusement park in the world with some of the best rides in the world. It has some great restaurants where you can go to eat after a very long day at the park and relax. It has has more amazing things too that you will read about in this review.
What comes to mind when you hear the word adventure!!? Well there is a place in Florida that is guaranteed to bring out your inner kid every time you visit. This place is known as universal Orlando Florida. This is a place where you can go on vacation and have fun like never before as you did when you were a kid. On my visit to Orlando I stated at a four-star resort located inside the theme park known as Cabana Bay Beach Resort, also went to universal studios and islands of adventure were I felt like I was a kid again.
We went back to our room after we finished at Epcot. It had gotten up to ninety degrees outside, and we were exhausted. It was a thrilling experience to see all my favorite places again in Epcot. I can’t wait to come back and relive this experience again. This place is something I will never forget.
Disney world, Paris, Australia, Italy; all amazing places I’m sure, but I’ve never been. Although there is one place I have been to; it was none other than Blackpool Pleasure Beach!
Florida is home to the world's most famous park - Disneyworld. This magical world of Mickey located in Orlando continues to attract the most visitors than any other amusement park in the country. Inside you can amuse yourself and the family with 4 theme parks which consist of Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and the Animal Kingdom. A treat to these parks is the ultimate answer to every child's dream.
Getting my driver’s license gave me a sense of freedom that hit me hard with a reality check when I received my first ticket and taught me to respect and obey the law. Driving is a great way to commute anywhere in the United States. Driving is all about decisions, remember to make the right ones behind the
“If you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all” -Bambi. But this is also something my mom said as we were getting on the plane about to fly to Disney World. We were so excited since this was the first time my sisters had been on a plane and I barely remember my first plane ride. We waited silently for them to call our numbers to go and board the plane. I could hear the footsteps on the cold metal of the floor as we walked to the plane. I could feel the excitement of everyone on the plane. We walked slowly to our seats and I held back from squealing with excitement. As we sat we got our electronics out and folded the desk out from the seat in front of us. The flight attendants were coming around cheerfully asking if anyone needed anything. Then the engine started and the plane rumbled. It slowly yet steadily moved towards the runway curving every few feet. We finally made it to the runway and the engine started gradually getting louder and louder until we were moving faster and faster and all of a sudden everything got quiet and the cars in the parking lot and the buildings around it got smaller and smaller.
I've always wanted to go to a Disney theme park, but I never got the chance to. I have only gone when I was about three years old, so I don't remember much. One of the few things I do remember is the feeling I got walking in and walking out of the park. My family is planning to take me to Disney World next year for Christmas. The overall feeling of joy and excitement is enough for me to want to take part in that.
Today was the day my best friend and I have been waiting forever for. Today we go on our day trip to Disney World. We only had 24 hours to be there and enjoy the trip day and night. So we had to make the most out of it. Which is why, while she slept on the plane I made an agreement to myself that we wouldn’t sleep during the entire trip, Just so we wouldn’t waste any time.
On August 15, 2002, I was born in Columbus, Ohio to the parents of Misty and Matthew Haynes. I was born weighing only four pounds and eight ounces. Ten minutes later, my twin brother, Jaedyn, was born. By the time I was born, my older sister, Mikayla, was two years old. At that time, the five of us lived in Newark, Ohio.
We previously had a discussion about you taking your family on a trip to Disney World. You stated that you weren’t able to decide if you wanted to fly or take a road trip. I understand that you came to me because I tend to travel a lot by way of different modes of transportation. And I truly appreciate you trusting my judgements. With my background working in the airline industry and traveling expertise, I can assure you that a flight would best suit you for this adventure.
I love Disney and I’ve always wanted to go to DisneyWorld. Then one day my dream finally came true. March 30th we left for DisneyWorld. It was my first time going on an airplane, that I remember.
Ever since I was about six years old, I wanted in the worst way to go to Disneyland. I would hope every year that my parents would chose Disneyland as our next family vacation destination. I dreamt of the day I would come back from Disneyland with exciting tales of adventure and a pair of sparkly, ruby red and black Minnie Mouse ears of my very own that would be the envy of every kid in my elementary class. Once I finally went to Disneyland, it was amazing; Disneyland was everything I had expected and more. However, a couple years later when I returned to Disneyland, it was different. The rides, buildings, and everything in the park did not have the same allure. The magic I had experienced as a child was no longer there.
When I heard my parents talking about going to Disney World I was so excited. It was a long trip down to Florida and I could not sit still, because I was so excited. We finally arrived that evening and decided to stay in a hotel near the theme park. When it was time for bed I could not go to sleep for a long time, because I was so excited about going at Disney world. When I saw the big mirror ball from the entrance, I was amazed. Disney world had a wide variety of rides. There were tons of rides that shocked me. Some of these rides made you feel like you were riding in a jet because of how fast they were. There was even a roller coaster ride in the huge mirror ball. It was a slow ride, but I still liked it because there was air conditioning inside the ball. We spent all day at the park until we had ridden everything. That night Disney World had a firework show. The fireworks seemed like they lasted forever with the amazing colors bursting in the air one right after another. When the firework show finally ended my parents told me that it was time to leave. I was...
