Personal Narrative: My Servant Leader

When I am at my best. I am able to prioritize with leadership the needs of the people and/or organization that I am working with before mine. I strategically plan to overcome whatever challenge emerges in the developing or planning of a team project. In addition, I am dedicated and positive throughout the entire process. I am able to bring the group’s ideas together in order to meet a common goal without further delays. I tend to be very analytical and purpose oriented. I am not distracted very easily from the main goals and I am very persistent.

I am a humble servant leader, because although I like to take leadership and ownership of challenging circumstances, I always remain humble. I allow others to participate in the decision and implementation

process at all time. I never see myself as a superior but always as an equal regardless of the position. Moreover, I act with integrity and honesty at all times regardless of the situation. Not to mention, the energy that I am able to transmit through my engaging development and positive thinking.
I find happiness in helping others; therefore, I am constantly planning and participating in fellowship and service events that benefit the masses. Throughout my life, I have faced many challenges that strengthen my character and allowed me to fully understand the power of determination. Therefore, I am constantly advising my friends and people that surrounds me to pursuit their goals and never give up regardless of the circumstances. I am always very focuses on creating and cultivating meaningful relationships with the people that surrounds me. In conclusive, when I am at my best, I prioritize others’ needs and remain humble, determinate, and honest at all time.
