With christmas coming there is lots of people out there searching for the perfect gift for the perfect someone. But for me if money wasn't an option I would pay my mom's college. Taking college classes is lots of money and i'd pay it off for her because she has done many of things for me. My mom has done many of things for me. One of the things is she has always helped me when I needed help. She also does lots of stuff for me and I'd be able to repay her. Finally she lost time with us when she took college classes and to repay her she could spend more time with us, since she wouldn't have to work as much. In conclusion my mo has done a lot for me. So I would repay her by paying off her college. That's what I would do if money wasn't an option.
What would you do if money wasn't an option,
Prompt: In 500 words or more, describe your collegiate experience thus far. How has this experience and the knowledge you've gained influenced what you plan to study? How have they influenced your decision to apply to St. Edward's?
She would save the rest for college and things she’ll need later on in life. Maggie said that if she had one day left she would spend it with friends and family. She would also fix any problems she had with people so she would have no regrets. Maggie's’ biggest pet peeve is being rushed.
to love, money makes no matter, be it past, present or future. Love is love, and
Throughout my life my mom has always been selfless and generous- especially when it came to her children and grandchildren… ever putting her self last! SHE WAS MY EVERYTHING… Unlike my sister, I was the one that gave my parents their grey hair… It took me longer than most to mature, and the truth is- that’s putting it mildly. Yet through all the ups and downs, and all the times I would end up disappointing her expectations of me, one thing NEVER
When I was young my parents were very poor. They both worked hard to support the family. When my father passed away from cancer, my mom's life was harder than ever before. After my mom lost her job at the drugstore, she decided to take my sister and me to the countryside to live with my grandfather so that she did not have to worry about taking care of us, finding a new job, and working all at the same time.
As I am progressing this step to becoming a man I am thankful for my mom. Throughout every step of the way she has been able to answer my questions about life in general. I look up to my mom as she is a strong woman that has been through alot in her life. My mom came from Mexico, leaving her family and everything she owned
College has always been an important topic in my family, although my parents never had the chance to finish high school, my mother refused to see her children walk that same path. All my life I’ve seen how hard my mother has worked in order to keep food on our plate and a roof over our heads. She is the reason I
I don’t think I could see myself in the same place I am today if it was not for my mother being who she is. She has supported me through my growth in music, my education, and in becoming the man that I am today. Furthermore, the list of things I have been able to do and accomplish would be short if she wasn’t active in my life. Just the fact that I have had the courage to audition for The Voice, Austinaires, ACDA Honors Choir, All-State Choir, Vocal Jazz, school musicals, and soon compete in The NATS Competition is all because of the love and support that comes from my mother.
Also, she has always been a good friend to me and I will never stop thanking my mother for what she represents in my life. Moreover, I am glad that my mother is my role model because without her in that place I don’t know for sure if the person I would have followed would be as good as she is in fulfilling this task. A good role model is what everyone should have
To many people my mother was just a housekeeper but to us she was everything. My mother did not have the chance to finish school and get a proper education due to lack of money back in her country. When my brother and I graduated high school, I know my mother was proud of us. Being the first in our family to finish high school, it was a very big accomplishment. Now I am perusing a college education, working hard to be successful and I owe everything to my mother. "She will forever be a warrior, and I am proud to be a product of her greatness" (Jacobsen, 45). She sacrifices so much for my brother, and me. I admire her so much; I am the woman that I am now because of her. Without her sacrifices, her hard work, and dedication I would not be where I am now. Since I was a little girl, she taught me how to be independent and hard working. She always pushed me to strive for better and to be successful. I owe everything to my mother. She came to the United States with nothing and she still is a hardworking and humble woman. Everything I do is because of her. I want to be able to return the favor for everything that she did for me. Her sacrifices will be worth
I would like to thank my mom. She has always been there for me, and has stood by my side when I have needed her the most. My mom is truly one of my best friends, and I know that I could tell her anything. She shuttles me wherever I need to go. She puts up with all of my attitude and the crap that I put her through. She sacrificed many things to put me through eleven years of private school. When we moved to Canal she listened to all of my ranting and raving because I thought that this place would be horrible. I love my mom and I always will and I know that she will always love me. Thank you mom for always being on my side.
One person I think really deserves a gift is my mother. My mother loves to help other people, whether it is her own children or other people in need. If I had billions of dollars to spend I would buy my mother the Red Cross foundation. This is the perfect gift for my mother because she loves to give and this would give her the resources to donate to people all around the world and in great amounts. My mother would enjoy owning the Red Cross foundation because it would extend my mother’s worlds boundaries so much because it would give her the ability to help more people. My mother would also adore this gift because she would be able to travel around the world, and help people there too. This gift would really give my mother a c...
My mom – My mom always tells me that I will do great things and change the world because of how nice I am. I do believe her words. She made me feel good about myself when she saw that I gave money to a charity with my allowance money. I didn 't need to use my allowance money for the charity. However, I did use my allowance money because I deeply care for everyone’s lives. She loved that I did that generous thing and knew she had a good
My mother was not only worry and take care of me, she always by my side when I need her help. I felt sad, my mother always by my side to talk and to console. While I am glad, my mother is always been there to share and listen to me. When I failed to do something, my mother who was gave me advices. She has always supported me in all my choices. She tried to make me strong people with independent minds. I looks to her in hopes that someday I will be as happy, as strong and as well as
My parents had me when they were teens and I thank them for all they did for me and what they still do. They made ends meet no metter what. As a child, I have everything I needed. They gave me everything they could give me but I could always see the heartbreak in their eyes when I would ask for something and they couldn't afford it and they had to tell me no. I never want my girls to ever have to expirience that
