In this essay ill be writing about my goals. One of my first goals was to accomplish school with the support of my family. I was able to accomplish my first goal which was to enroll in school. I receive many support from friends and teachers that motivated me to finish.I also was getting support from my children by letting me get my homework done and would not let anything get between school and I.
My second goal is to accomplish my goals by pushing and motivating my self every day by waking up going to school to finish up at Milan. With all the motivating and support that I was receiving from my framily and friends I was determind to know that if I committed to it I would meet my goals. Attending school wasn't easy for me, it was a struggle that I would have to go through but I knew that I would be able to get through with it.
After receiving my assignment and receiving what I had to finish I felt the positivity about getting through atleast one assignment a day .Doing these assignments was not easy but I knew that I had to reach my goals. Also, I had to make sure that i had all the utensils I was going to need in order to finish my assignments. In order to complete my assignments required me to have access to internet. My only access to internet was

Although accomplishing my goals was not easy I now know it will lead me to be a great success in the future. This goal did not only help prove myself wrong but also opened new doors for me. Can I love? Can I be loved? Am I worthy of love? I am a woman who experienced the anguish of love-loss at a very tender age and these questions capture my prime concern and fear in life. At a young age, I bore the brunt of neglect and abuse from the very caregivers who were supposed to be my protectors. At the age of 16, I was put into foster care. I have experienced tumultuous and dysfunctional intimate relationships in my search for love, connectivity and identity. Now, as a mother, I am learning to give the love I never got.
My educational goals are important to me. My goals are to come out of English 100 and be able to write any kind of memo, document, or resume; because I know someday every one of these writing projects will become useful.
Goals give you something to measure yourself against and give you direction. Currently, my main goal is to graduate from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree of science in engineering with a concentration in biomedical engineering. My anticipated time to graduation is five years with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Beyond getting my bachelor’s degree at East Carolina University, I would like to go to medical school and become a doctor focusing on prosthetics. In order to make my goals a reality, I will have to work diligently to remain on track throughout my schooling. Additional goals that I have set for myself are to complete homework assignments by the time they are due, reading assigned material before it is discussed in class, doing well in each of my courses this semester, successfully participating in extracurricular activities, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, getting a position as an engineer, and becoming a leader within both the engineering community and the general community. A world-class engineering student woul...
One goal is I want to see what I am capable of. I have a terrible habit where I doubt myself, and that doubt sometimes leads me missing out on life changing opportunities. There’s a saying that goes, “Doubt kills more dreams than future ever will” which really emphasizes how doubt is what makes us runs away from our hopes, goals, and dreams. It is something that makes us terribly afraid to try something new or make an effort with things. However, I truly want to not run away from that doubt, but to be able to overcome it. Even though I may be doubtful at times, I am full of determination to pursue excellence and strive to do my best in everything. For example, I want to see how great I can make my education be in high school. I have a strong connection and commitment when it comes to learning because it’s always a joy and experience when it comes to knowing new things. I believe that knowledge is one great element in life where it leads to the highest success, and it can only be acquired one way through diligence and effort. When it comes to my education, I make sure to not take it for granted and to never give up, even if it may feel brutal at times. In my opinion, I care what I learn and put towards my education rather than the grade given since with all the effort and work I put towards to what I am told, the grade follows. However, that does not mean that I am careless about my grades. I greatly cherish school and can be an example towards others at Rocky Mountain when it comes to setting academic goals and aspiring all the knowledge I want in my education. I want to influence others to make an effort when it comes to their education and see what they’re capable of. That’s why whenever I look at teachers, I see that they are sharing the gift of new traits for our education, for our futures in life. When looking at those apart of the National Honor Society, I noticed that they have
A goal I achieved was when I graduated from high school many years ago. I was the first one in my family to graduate from high school. It was a big accomplishment for me and my mom. Graduating was my goal. I wanted to make my mom proud, life happens I couldn't go to college then but I told myself one day I will full field my dream to have a career. I meet my career advisor at a job fair and am here enrolled to be a medical assistant. My new goal is to work real hard to get the best grades I can possibly get and to have perfect attendance at the end off the medical assistant program. Am going use my time wisely, get all my work done in time and ask for help if I don't understand something.
To start of my first goal is to graduate high school with a 3.5 GPA or higher. I plan on doing this by turning in all assignments on time and good quality work. My next goal is to graduate
Many of my goals have been met through my hard work and dedication through my mother's constant pressure to do well in school. To give a clear example of what I mean, there was the time that I got Principal's Honor Roll. In order to get Principal’s Honor Roll I had to work very hard and maintain a G.P.A of 4.0 or above with no U’s or fails. Many times, I had to sacrifice going to parties, hanging out with friends to do my homework just to study for a test. Many times, I had to stay up very late to finish an assignment or study. My hard work allowed me to meet my goal of getting Honor Roll. If I didn’t work hard and dedicated myself into pursuing to get Principal’s Honor Roll I would have probably never got it. This has impacted me in a very positive way because I know that in order to obtain what I want I have to work hard, dedicate myself, and commit myself to that goal. My grades are another great example of my hard work and dedication. If I didn’t work hard to obtain all A’s , I would have probably never have got a 4.0 G.P.A. in my report card and would not get the Principal’s Honor Roll award. My dedication to succeed in life has made me into the person that I am
The next set of goal setting importance is my personal goals with the first being to over come the obstacles associated with returning to school.
There is a point in everyone’s life when they step back and realize “I can’t do this anymore, it’s ruining my life”. Many of my friends have started smoking cigarettes while drinking at a very young age, and continue to use this drug currently and don’t realize the affect it has on their future. While I have been smart enough to avoid smoking, I haven’t been as wise at making decisions when it comes to drinking. The amount of partying I’ve done in college has taken over my life, and has had a huge impact on my grades. Changing my drinking habits and continuing to avoid cigarettes will enable me to be the best I can be for the rest of my college experience.
In the first scenerio: "I have a fantastic manager. She is a strong leader, supportive, kind, and still has high expectations. I recently missed sending an email to a client that she asked me to follow-up with. I want to make sure that I never disappoint her." One solution to take after not following up with the client as directed by the manager could be to immediately email the manager and let her know about the mistake made in not completing her directions. Also immediately email the client to continue following up with them. Not following up with the client is the employee's mistake and he/she could use better time management skills, a lesson learned in Pro-Skills. To never disappoint the manager again using a calender, sticking notes
I have set goals that will help better myself as an individual. My number one goal is to never give up at any point throughout my four years of high school so I can attend the University of Southern California (USC) and major in oncology. My second goal is to pass each year of high school with a 4.0 GPA because it will increase my chances of attending USC. My third goal is to participate in as many clubs and school events possible so I can create and hold memories and so it can look good on my university application. 3.
I am by myself wearing my blue jeans and an old flannel shirt. It is cool outside but I decided to leave my gloves at home, feeling comfortable with my warm shirt and my sturdy boots.
My SMART Goals As a student I have many goals and aspirations in life. I want to complete my education, go on to tackling a career, and introducing different elements that go along with the whole aspect of “adulthood.” In order to get there, I must take the necessary steps, one of which is writing out my SMART goals. My first smart goal is completing my high school education. For the past three years I have been putting in the time and effort in order to attain this goal.
My second goal is to devote my life to learning. I strongly believe that education doesn’t end at graduation, rather it continues for as long as you are in the nursing profession and as long as u will. Knowledge determines attitude and attitude determines behavior. My goal is to make it a point to stay current on education by taking various courses, attending seminars, obtaining certifications, as well as joining meaningful nursing camps and organizations. It is also a goal of mine to be a competent and skillful nurse. By this I mean to understand the logic behind everything I
