During Spring Break I went to Memphis, Tennessee with a couple of friends. The first day we were there we decided we wanted to have some of the Memphis famous ribs. We did not know which restaurant was the best one to go, but with some research online we found this place called Rendezvous. It had five stars on Yelp and Trip Advisor and several good reviews. People were saying they served the best ribs in town, their service is great, and the location is very interesting. All these were green lights for me and my friends to go there, so we did. I was surprised to see that the place seemed like it had not change a thing since 1948 when they first opened. They have a unique vibe, memorabilia all over the walls, and the aroma of great barbecue. There were several people in line when we got there, but the place and the smell made us stay and wait in line to get a table. After asking for a table they gave us their menu to see. This helped us get ready …show more content…
From the moment a customer enters the restaurant he or she is taken back in time to 1948 where everything started for Rendezvous. The vibe the place has impacted its customers and creates a different atmosphere for them. The special attention received by the hosts and the waiters are also unique. The have a very friendly staff that will not only talk about the restaurant but will want to know a little about their customers. Their service is very fast compared to other restaurants where they make their customers wait for a long time to get a table and even more to get their food. In a world where everything is moving fast, Rendezvous does not stay behind and moves at the same pace. This does not make their food sacrifice their taste or quality. It tastes just as good as if someone had waited an hour to eat a good plate of ribs. They provide a good quality service at the moment you get in the restaurant. They are providing what customers want and even
For the last thirty years, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. has been offering people on the highways of America an alternative to the fast food pit stop. Their restaurants serves home-style food, has quality gift shops and, most of all, a friendly and accommodating environment all go in to create a welcoming atmosphere. Making the guest comfortable is what makes them different. The waiters and waitresses let you take your time. You are seated and promptly drink orders are taken. They give the customer sufficient time to gaze over the menu. There are peg games on the table to occupy you or your young ones. If it is a game of checkers you wish, there is always a table in the corner ready to play.
Hi Mr. Jarrod! As I know you are expecting an important client coming in from out of town, and I would like to help you decide by telling you about the differences and similarities between two of my favorite restaurants. Hopefully, you find one of them suitable enough for your business dinner. I have been to many restaurants in town, but so far Ruby Tuesday and Red Lobster are my favorite ones. Ruby Tuesday and Red Lobster are two similar restaurants with a slight difference in menu, service speed, and price. They receive the same type of customers although the ambiance of these two places is little bit different.
I believe that when it comes to the best friendly service, appearance and especially food, Longhorn Steakhouse exceeds all expectations in every category. This family casual dining restaurant has been around for over 30 years, and is still thriving with a constant flow of happy customers. I have been there several times with my family and friends. I usually go for dinner, but Longhorn Steakhouse is also a great lunch place. I always leave with a full, and that is very satisfying for me.
Peanut dust in the air, shells on the ground, country music blaring overhead, and workers dancing around, Texas Roadhouse is known not only for its delectably delicious food, but also its friendly environment and excellent customer service. It is a restaurant I would definitely recommend to people of all kinds from those looking for somewhere to hang out with friends to a family looking for somewhere to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion or even two people looking for a place to have a casual second or third date. Texas Roadhouse is a popular restaurant, so our small wait (no more than 15 minutes) was nothing to be disappointed about. We got to enjoy the restaurant’s simple wooded look with a variety of wall décor representing Virginia schools. We also got to participate in their traditional birthday “YEE HAW” celebration twice while waiting.

My transition to college was successful, but it was nonetheless one of the most stressful times in my life. Unlike many of my peers at Saint Louis University, my rural high school experience did not truly prepare me for the academic rigors of college. Despite extensive preparation, I performed rather poorly on the first round of exams. While I didn’t fail any particular exam, my performance was seriously lacking. I knew that getting C’s on exams would not serve me well in the pursuit of my dream of becoming a physician. I remember feeling, for the first time in my life, that I was unintelligent and incompetent. I was also heavily fatigued from the excessive hours of studying, which I felt were necessary to reconcile the problem. I managed to
is extremely competitive, labor intense and risky. It is saturated with multiple different types of restaurants many competing in the exact segments. Companies operating in this type of environment seek differentiation strategies in order to set themselves apart from rivals, using various tactics such as pricing, food quality, menu theme, signature menu selections, dinning ambience and atmosphere, service, convenience, loyalty programs, specials, heart-healthy, and location (Thompson, Peteraf, Gamble & Strickland, 2014, p.C-138). Many restaurants can’t keep abreast and don’t survive, making them go out of

To start with, the Texas rose is a must for those who love onion blossoms and creamy dip. Those who love chili will love the kick they get from the one served here. Steaks to check out include a bacon-wrapped filet mignon and a classic New York strip. The ribs and salmon are quite delicious as well. Room should definitely be saved for dessert. There are decadent cakes and amazing ice
In my personal opinion, the restaurant has been really successful over the years. Because they learned how to create a profitable system that make them earn money and still give customers a nice service at an affordable
Let me take you back about 10 years, back to the year 2006. On any given Friday night, you could find me getting ready to meet my friends at Sportsmen’s. My friends and I always dressed to impress when hitting our favorite hot spot or as we liked to refer to Sportsmen’s as Headquarters. Knowing I would be going to Sportsmen’s filled me with excitement and anticipation. Walking into Sportsmen’s would always put a smile on my face, because I was greeted as soon as I would open that door. The people there were so friendly and ready to have some clean fun. Of course, every bar has their regulars. I was proud to be one of them. Now Sportsmen’s is a quaint little one story building. It is clean but smoke fills the air. (The no smoking law hadn’t been passed in Harlingen yet.) The interior is dimly lit. There is a large wooden bar at the far back wall
