What exactly is evolution? Well.. it's me. You're probably wondering what the neck I'm talking about, but yes it's true I am evolution and I'm here to tell you my story. This isn't just any story though, this is a story of plot twists, pain, and happiness.
My story begins when I was born. I started off as a single cell. Next thing I knew I had eyes and a brain and arms. I could see and taste and feel and cry. After a few months I start to walk with my legs and get food alongside my family. A few years later I set off on my own and leave my family to make a family and living on my own. I find a mate we have children who were faster than I was and will ever be and I grow old. One day I knew it was time for me to go. I tell my family I love them and lay my head in my hands.

Everything went dark I woke again only to be submerged in salty water.
I look down and see a creature with fins and I realize that I was born again. I don't know why and I don't know how I just know I must survive. I must always survive. I go through my learning years and become an adult. I go off and hunt with my year old son and teach him what I was taught previous. He is much faster than me and has more teeth than I do. I never thought about why, I never needed to. A few decades later I grow old and fade out of the blue, wet world I've grow to know all so well.
This cycle continues for billions of years. I evolve into various things, learn, mate, reproduce, and die. It's a constant cycle that I've never thought of until I became human. A little birdie told me we are the only animals who think with logic and reason. So far I think that little birdie was right. My entire human life was devoted to thinking. I think about the world, and how a chicken came from one of my previous bodies, some kind of flying dinosaur, just a few billion years ago. How even my vegetative form have grown immune to some of my other insect
forms. Humans call me evolution. They don't quite understand all of me yet. But they know enough. They know I evolve to survive and thrive in whatever environment that I am put in. They know a thing known as natural selection always takes its course to pick out the most fit for various environments. There is not much to me on the surface, but if you just dog a little deeper you'll surely be surprised as to what you will find.
What is evolution? Evolution in modern terms is fairly easy to understand. Evolution is the theory that life on earth began with a single celled organism that lived more that 3.5 billion years ago that slowly evolved into many diverse creatures over time. When you break down this theory into sections you get 6 factors: evolution, gradualism, speciation, common ancestry, natural selection and nonselective mechanisms of evolutionary change.
In order for a species to survive, its population has to evolve. Evolution is the process of gradual change driven by natural selection to improve survival. Evolution is the explanation of how life got to its current state. Before the idea of evolution, the Bible gave the explanation of how things came to be, the Theory of Creation. Charles Darwin is credited for developing the theory of evolution.
The human life cycle begins at birth and ends with death. In between these two major life events, there are numerous thoughts, experiences and relationships that shape who a person is and what their identity is. As we progress through the life cycle, our bodies begin to decline physically and cognitively. Throughout all these changes, when does a person become a new person?
Have you ever had a moment in time that seems like minutes or hours even though it was only a few seconds? Have you ever seen everything before you play out in slow motion, where you are aware of everything around you, yet not knowing what was going on? I have, and as I look back on it, I feel very blessed and protected. On December 22, 01, I decided to take a little swim in our swimming pool and almost drowned. I still can remember it like yesterday. This incident almost cost me my life,
What is evolution and how does it work? Evolution is the theory of how one form of life changes into another form. Evolution also is the change in a population’s inherited traits from generation to generation. Evolution helps to explain why an animal, human, and plant looks the way it does and acts the way it does; it gives an explanation of the history of life. Genes come in many varieties, and the evolution helps to make it happen.
Well, who really am I? Am I rude, strict or obnoxious? Or am I loving and caring? Think and know me better.
Well, my story starts the same way that everyone else's does, creation. Only the way that I was created was probably a lot different to the way that you or anyone else was. I was created in a silversmith. Parts of me were dug out of the earth melted or cut and eventually all put together, in a way that someone wanted me. Therefore, unlike you, when I was created, people knew exactly what they were getting.
Evolution is a systematic mechanism through which the modern day has evolved from his ancestors. The Darwin’s Theory of Evolution is based on the premise that we all
With his he saw that each finch had different variations of beaks to match the environment they live in. evolution is defined as the process by which different kinds of living organisms are thought to have developed and diversified from earlier forms during the history of the earth. The greeks and medieval used it as a descriptive term of technology for nature. Scientists have found fossils of human skulls that have shown that our ancestors had evolved with their journey out to other
At first I was very easy to cross without a synthetic conclusion: "We came to this life . 1 Learning . Two . Creating . Three . Connecting ( Amar ) . " But eventually I discovered how short was this response and that there is a gulf of complexity to answer these questions .
One of the greatest questions of all time is: "Where the heck did we come from?" One of the most popular answers to this question is creationism, the idea that everything was created by a higher being. Another idea is evolution, the idea that all living organisms descended from a less complex organism. Up and coming in the last century, evolution possesses a new way of thinking that is being greatly accepted by the scientific community. Despite this fact many people argue that evolution has no facts to support it and there are several reasons why evolution can't happen.
Without evolution, and the constant ever changing environment, the complexity of living organisms would not be as it is. Evolution is defined as a process that results in heritable changes in a population spread over many generations (8).Scientists believe in the theory of evolution. This belief is based on scientific evidence that corroborates the theory of evolution. In Figure 1 the pictures of the skulls depict the sequence of the evolution of Homo-sapiens. As the figure shows, man has evolved from our common ancestor that is shared by homo-sapiens. The change of diet of homo-sapiens over time has thought to contribute to the change in jaw structure and overall skull shape.
Throughout history, it has been highly debated on defining evolution as theory or not, but the clearer answer proves evolution is just a theory. To understand why evolution is a theory, the definition of evolution is “the process by which different kinds of living organisms are thought to have developed and diversified from earlier forms during the history of the earth” (Oxford Dictionary, 2017). The theory of evolution was first formulated in Darwin's book "On the Origin of Species" in 1859. The theory simply means that creatures evolved from ancestors naturally over time. In summary, “as random genetic mutations occur within an organism's genetic code, the beneficial mutations are preserved because they aid survival a process known as “natural selection” (Than, 2017).
In Science, one of the most widely debated topics throughout modern history has been evolution. Our textbook defines evolution, in the field of biology, as the idea that species change over time and have common ancestry (Park, 2014). Species within a population, in order to better adapt to their environment, begin a slow and gradual process of genetic variation. These variations, which often times are advantageous, are able to be passed on to their offspring. Evolution is an ever-changing process that constantly alters the species in a given population.
I never really thought about where my life was going. I always believed life took me where I wanted to go, I never thought that I was the one who took myself were I wanted to go. Once I entered high school I changed the way I thought. This is why I chose to go to college. I believe that college will give me the keys to unlock the doors of life. This way I can choose for myself where I go instead of someone choosing for me.
