To begin with, the next thing you know I'm cleaning up dog poop, getting dog fur all over my clothes, giving a dog a bath every week or so, and smelling like wet dog all the time. Am I ready?
First, I have been waiting so long to get a dog it felt like a thousand years. The only reason we have not got a dog is because my party pooper dad. One day my dad finally came through. He told me we were getting a puppy. The feelings I had felt fuzzy and warm like a new puppy. The best part was that I was the only one that knew out of all the kids.
Next, everyone got home and right away we got into the car and drove off. Oh, the excitement I had just to get my hands on that warm puppy.
I could hardly sit down or stop speaking I was like a talking parrot that wanted crackers. When we drove down that gravel road I was hoping it would go faster. Then, the gorgeous house popped like a balloon in my eyes. Later, we all pull up and all the kids found out that we were getting a puppy. After that we leave the car and go inside. When I saw those puppies; my heart skipped a beat. But the best part is when I got to hold my very own puppy. He was soft, gentle and shy I loved him. Lastly, one of my dreams come true. I have a dog! that is gentle and loving I thought about it and I am ready for a dog also, excited for the funny, happy and exciting moments that are going to happen with Ziggy
As soon as they picked me up, we headed right to Hershey. On the way, we talked about the rides and what we were going to do. We were arguing about what was going to be our first ride that day. It took about half an hour, but we made

Then we stopped at a farm house. That was when my parents told us that we were going in to look for a new black lab. I was so excited. I knew my dad was looking for a dog since our other lab passed away but I did not know we were going to get one that soon.
As a kid, I fell in love with the idea of getting a puppy for Christmas. Wrapped in a small box with a bow on top sitting under the tree just like the movies and tv shows I had seen. I can remember making a Christmas list of all the things I wanted that year, and every year the same thing that I wanted had said “puppy” with it underlined so that my mother knew which was my favorite on the list. Every year no surprise, I didn’t find a dog. I never understood why I never received one. When the kids at school talked about the few dogs they had at home made me so jealous, but I hoped that one day it would be me to have my own best friend at home.
I have a love for cats. Ever since I was a teenager I always wished for a cat of my own. When I moved in a three story apartment in California, the Manager of the complex said that cats were allowed in the units. I mentioned to my Aunt at the time that I was searching in the newspapers under advertisements for cats wanted. One cool breezy evening, my Aunt called me and said that a friend of her's named Judy had a cat named Katie who did not get along with her other two cats. So I agreed to meet with Judy to see if I'd love to adopt Katie.
We then got on the tram and we got off and went to see my favorite babon ever Bobo. We started feeding him and we had such a great time. Then John started to make monkey sounds . Then I had the urge to join him and we started making some of the animals all wild up including
My mom said “ If we do get you a dog were going to adopted a dog.” They pretty much said yes. YAY! Before I get a dog I want to save up to buy her a bowl, toy, bed, and food. I'm going help more in the house and out.
Owning a Pet Having a pet is a wonderful idea! Pets bring companionship, personality, and gut wrenching humor to households across the world. Having previously owned both a cat and a dog, and currently being without a pet, I began to think about getting a new furry friend. Born a dog lover, and bred into a cat lover, I had the difficult decision of choosing one of the two. When I was twenty-two years old, I answered an advertisement in the paper for free Labrador puppies.

Why should we get a dog? An informational essay on the answer to the question of every kid By Marlise Malia Deyerl “Mom, can we get a dog?” The repeated question simply hangs in the back of parents minds. Most just simply look at their kid and say:
When I got the call saying I was about to be a big sister, thats when it started to set in. I was having mixed emotions about being a big sister, but the moment I held Sophia in my arms I instantly
The day Mom got Sugar was somewhat frightening for me. Obviously, I wanted nothing to do with the dog, I never planned to be in the same room as the dog, much less, take care of the dog. After all, Mom was supposed to take care of the dog. Slowly, I fell in love with her. She looked stern and loving. Her warm, brown eyes and pearly white smile only helped me fall in love with her. Not long after that I started to enjoy her company. Sugar was a loyal dog, she wanted to please everyone. When we went for a walk Sugar would come with us. We kept her on a leash, yet she never strayed from us.
Ever since I can remember I’ve wanted a dog. Never did I think that dogs would end up being by biggest fear. I was just a little kid around 6 years old when it happened. I was walking home from my friend’s house when I saw a stray dog, it was in the middle of the street blocking my way, I decided to walk past it, while I was walking it started growling at me, I hesitated but still kept trying to walk then suddenly it got up and started barking empathically towards me. I was terrified, my first initial reaction being a 6 year old kid was to scare it away, I was ignorant. I picked up a rock and threw it at the dog thinking it’ll get scared and run away. I was wrong. The dog had enough it made a whimpering noise then started barking even louder
Then my dad rang my sister and organised for us to be picked up at the
