Marty Anderson was an employee for Family Auto Repair (FAR) in Memphis and was transfer to their Jackson store, which was an hour and a half from his house. The company allow Marty to use a company vehicle to make his long commute, although he had his own vehicle. The terms of the explicit permission to use the vehicle were: to and from work, during lunch breaks, and to deliver and transfer items between FAR’s two facilities either before work or on his way home. Marty Anderson became a victim of the dilemma when he fell asleep at the wheel and injured a man, Steve Spritzer, in the company vehicle, at a time when he did not have explicit permission to be using the vehicle. Marty Anderson’s case can be argued in his favor or in FAR’s favor,

Williams further stated Washington then attempted to get in the vehicle and when he tried closing the door Williams pushed it open striking her niece.
On April 27, 2018 at approximately 2311 hours, I was traveling east on Richey DR, stopped at the traffic light at US HWY 19 in Port Richey, FL. I observed a B/M walk into the parking lot of Ocean Honda located at 8442 US HWY 19 Port Richey, FL. Ocean Honda was a closed business and had closed at approximately 2000 hours. The B/M appeared to be looking into cars on the car lot. There is a sidewalk running alongside the business and there was no apparent reason for the B/M to be walking through the car lot. As I was driving by the B/M looked in my direction and started walking south through the parking lot.
On the morning of 03/01/2017, at about 05:40 hours, I was requested to assist Deputy Crosby with an accident he was just in. He advised a deer had run into the roadway and he had struck it. She was driving extremely slow, at least ten miles under the speed limit. All of the cars around us grew angry and annoyed, as they started honking their horns at us. As she poked along, Hunter found it necissary to finally mention the fact that she did not have a license. I started to become unsettled inside, but kept silent, since we were almost to our destination. To my disbelief though, as she was about to make a left- hand turn to go into a shopping center, an annoyed car tries to go around Maisy. That would have been fine and dandy if it wasn’t for them choosing the wrong lane to do so. Instead of using the correct lane, they used the lane to the left of us with oncoming traffic. As I watched in horror, the irritated car and the totally unsuspecting car, collided into each other. The vehicles started to spin out of control, which caused one to hit the front of my car and smash it
