After two days of reckless running, Billy and I stood in front of our family and close friends and said our vows. I was marrying the man I had been engaged to 17 years before, and now, after many years and many other relationships, we were finally going to finish was we had started so long ago. If there was an emphasis on the "till death do we part" section of the vows, followed by a confidential "and I'll decide when that is" by me, I think everyone understood, including Billy, and we all had a brief laugh during the ceremony over it. "Na-a-a-ked?" Came his confused response. "Yep! Absolutely naked." Giggling even more now as I watched Billy's expression to my conversation. "How far do you think I'll get?" "Ummm... ma'am. I don't think you can go naked at all, couldn't you get dressed before you leave your room?" "Nope, I took them off and now I have no idea how to get them back on. Clothes are very confusing you know." "Ma'am, please don't leave the room naked." He began to plead, sounding very uneasy. "Naked. Naked. Naked." I began to singsong at him, "Naked for food!" It didn't make a lot of sense, but I was drunk and I didn't want to walk down the block now that I was in our room. "Ma'am!" Speaking slowly, and clearly, "Please, don't leave the room. I'll see if I can find something here for you to eat. Just don't leave the room!" "Okay," I happily agreed, "I'll wait here naked for food." Hanging up the phone, I sat down on the bed. Billy, looking at me oddly, inquired, "What was that all about?" Grinning evilly "Ordering room service." "But they don't have room service here." He insisted. "They do now!"
