I. Intellectual development

Where will I deepen my mind

1. I will deepen my mind in my home. I can always maximize my concentration in the comfort of my own home.

2. I will deepen my mind during regular walks throughout my community. Everything in nature can send you deep into thought.

3. I will deepen my mind during camping trips. When I'm able to go camping with my family I can always find a peaceful place to concentrate.

Where will I broaden my mind.

1. I will broaden my mind while I am at my place of employment. I have several things that I constantly need to be doing and that will broaden my mind.

1. I will discover stronger avenues of meditation through reading. I will read several books on meditative techniques.

2. I will learn more about state geography. I will learn more about the towns and regions of Oklahoma.

3. I will learn more about automobiles reading. I will learn more about cars as well as car maintenance.

What places would I like to live in or visit?

1. I would like to visit Jamaica. I would like to visit Jamaica because I love Jamaican food.

2. I would like to visit Hawaii. I would like to visit Hawaii because I love the ocean.

3. I would like to visit New Orleans, Louisiana. I would like to hear live jazz music in New Orleans, Louisiana.

II. Personal discipline and stress management

What will I do to eat more healthfully?

1. I will buy more fruits and vegetables. I will only keep fruits and vegetables in my kitchen.

2. I will be more disciplined and not eat unhealthy foods that are saturated in fat and sugar.

3. I will only eat meat and bread three times a month.
