Living an overall healthy life comes down to accountability. As we progress every day we should strive to be more accountable of our lives. A balanced nutrition, proper physical fitness, and solid mind frame is key to overall wellness. After Reading chapter 10 it shocked me to learn that so many Americans suffered form CVD. With my own family having a history of Heart related issues it makes me keep my nutrition as one of my top priorities. I take a hold of my health in my own hands. As of now my diet consist of 2800 calories a day. I tack all my calories even if it’s some ketchup on a sandwich. Currently I go to the gym at least three times a week. When I am at the gym I only do compound lifts and I don’t do cardio (I Just hate running).
Which is including all the necessary servings of various food groups. The main areas or points that I focused in my healthy lifestyle diet plan as compared to my two regular day diet intake are as follows:
There is no question that today’s political landscape comes with many questions, concerns, and fears for our future. With the country divided and tensions rising seemingly every day, government is increasingly coming under scrutiny and perception are far from favorable these days. I think it is important that we reexamine the roles of government and understand how and why it operates as it does. I think the first and most important aspect of modern government is the idea of accountability. In class, we discussed the idea of a “golden circle of accountability.” In summary, this idea realizes that all aspects of government have a civic duty to serve society. In this regard, they are “accountable,” through the many levels of the golden circle,
Personal responsibility is crucial for maintaining wellness, I find the multi-causation disease model diagram according to McKenzie et al, a clear distinction of the components the three circles in the model represents, the outer circle covers factors such as economics, environment , health care system, water quality, infectious disease outbreaks and air pollution, these are factors out of an individual’s control, followed by the middle circle which covers personality, beliefs and behavioral choices, this can be altered through choices and specific behavior patterns with the potential to impact health, the inner circle is genetic endowment, the DNA that we inherit. I have based my argument on the middle circle as the bridge to wellness. The obvious is, the outer and inner circles comprises of factors beyond our control. Encouragingly, personality, beliefs, and behavioral choices that represent the circle in the middle has the potential to bridge the gap between what we cannot control and the behavior modification that can impact our genetic endowment for better or worse. From this observation coupled with the public health goal to educate and motivate the population and communities to become proactive in their well-being, the focus of this paper is to highlight the personal inherent qualities, the intangibles that can be cultivated to the state of homeostasis.
I have overcome several physical challenges that have impacted my health which has led me to constantly educate myself and others of better ways to care for the body. Healthy living consists of regularly exercising to control weight, not smoking, limiting alcoholic intake, eating a balanced diet, taking medications as

Terms and Laws have gradually change overtime dealing with different situations and economic troubles in the world in general. So then dealing with these issues the workplace has become more complex with little or no rights to privacy. Privacy briefly explained is a person’s right to choose whether or not to withhold information they feel is dear to them. If this something will not hurt the business, or its party members then it should be kept private. All employees always should have rights to privacy in the workplace. Five main points dealing with privacy in public/private structured businesses are background checks, respect of off duty activities/leisure, drug testing, workplace search, and monitoring of workplace activity. When you were younger I’m sure your teacher asked you and your classmates what you wanted to be when you grew up. I remember some of my classmates wanting to be a fireman, a police officer or a doctor. I wanted to be an educator. Now that I am in college earning my Bachelors in Elementary Education, my perspective of how a teacher should act and care for their students. Identity can be described as the way we view ourselves; the way that we distinguish ourselves from others while also comparing our similarities. In other words identity is what makes someone unique and average at the same time. To start off with I was born and raised in Jamaica for 6 years with my parents, but due to the fact that my parents were offered an opportunity to attend school in America they dove for a chance of a better life. My first home was in Jefferson, Missouri where it seemed like it snowed every day. White sheets of snow would cover every inch of the city, no stone or rock was left without an inch of snow. The city was so beautiful to me because it would always light up in front of my eyes. The people there was so nice that
Imagine barely surviving a life-or-death situation, then come to find out you’re going to be punished for doing what was necessary to live. I believe this is wrong. Many people all across the world have experienced some sort of accountability for their actions needed to overcome a deadly situation. People should not be held accountable for their actions in life or death situations. The first reason that people should not be held accountable for their actions in life-or-death situations is because of survivors' guilt.
