Furthermore, this qualitative research method used by the authors to leads to the findings of four main axis involve in how nurses cope with job stress. Some of these axis include; feeling stress in nursing work, situational coping, the effect of personal as well as environmental factors in coping with job stress and Grey outcome of coping. These findings explained some of the reasons why I might feel stress out at my job site on a daily basis which ranges from inappropriate communication, stressful work environment to stressful nature of the job etc. Having this knowledge at hand already will be beneficial to me in my chosen career as I will develop strategies to overcome or reduce all of these factors that might affect my job efficiency as well as my life. More so, by employing psychological methods such as problem focused coping and emotion focused coping without a doubt will be quite beneficial to me in both my future career as a nurse as well as my life as these two coping appraisals will enable me to be able to deal directly with problems that I will face in my future career and attempt to provide solutions to the said problems. More so, knowing the various personalities of patients under my care , or my colleagues at work will enable me to be able to know who can cope in a stressful situation and who cannot. More so, my personality can also play a pivotal role with how I cope with stressful situations in my future career. For example when I am stress out at my job, I can manage or reduce my stress by meditating, asking for social support or even spiritual support by praying.
