Notably, my strong academic background coupled with the desire and passion for pediatric nursing, I am aiming to pursue a course that will enhance my development as a professional. Based on this, a Ph.D. in nursing is suitable in line with my career goals because it offers an opportunity to attain vast knowledge, especially in both theoretical and practical foundations of pediatric nursing. Together with my excellent work experience, this course will help me improve my skills and learning processes.

My current position allows me to learn and develop neonatal-related new skills and experience; thus, I can work proficiently with other experts primarily to deliver quality services to esteemed patients.
