Business has become indispensable in our lives. It's principles serve as the backbone for economic, political and social systems at all levels. On the other hand* management is the basic necessity and pillar of a business organization, it's the catalyst without which no organization can survive and grow. Management is the key. Hence, the indispensability of business management, in the world as we know it, prompts me to delve deeper into this prolific discipline. My passion for business ignited in my youth whilst watching my father run his garment manufacturing company, wondering someday I will be filling his shoes and get an opportunity to manage the business on my own. My desire to study business management augmented over the years and led me to take business studies at IGCSE. The realm of my core discipline acquainted me to the world of business.     Every now and then when I recall my childhood memories, it is always been my parents took me to the hospital in the middle of the night or tried to find the right doctor for my allergies. Others could just take some medication and rest for few days for common cold, but my story is totally different. A common cold could cause me allergies, asthma and fever when I was young. It is the reason why I spent most of my time seeing the doctor and stayed at hospital. At the age of 10, my parents decided to have me switched to oriental medicine and acupuncture. Although I hated the taste of the Chinese medicine and was really afraid of the needle, those methods really helped my body. I was able to act like normal child after few years of acupuncture and oriental medicine treatment.
