Everyone knows high school can be rough. But what happens when the most unpopular people in the school join the only club where they are truly appreciated and welcomed? Lots of slushies thrown in your face. Why? Because Glee Club is the lamest club in the school. I have been binge watching this show for so long, and I just can’t stop. This TV Show highlights any adversity you could think of, and shows different characters overcoming it. Simply, if you were to say “I wish (blank) never happens to me!” there is a glee episode for that. Although this TV show can be inappropriate for some ages, there is a true message about overcoming adversity in it.

They have every type of overcoming adversity, including teen pregnancy, disabilities, and suicide. This may seem like an extremely sensitive topic, however these teenager’s love of singing, dancing, and music in general help them overcome their challenges. I also like that the covers were AMAZING. They have every type of singer possible, from deep and soulful, to light and high-pitched. Some covers of the songs the Glee Club sings are even better than the original, with a perfect mix of older songs, with current music, and every genre from rap, to rhythm and blues, to pop music. Everything a music lover could ask for. Hits from bands such as Journey, and also including favorite soloists such as Madonna and Whitney Houston.
