• Born July 22, 1932- had six sisters • Born and lived in Domingo, Dominican Republic • 1950, Oscar left home towards San Fernando, Madrid in Spain to the Academy of San Fernando • Originally wanted to become an abstract painter • Liked to buy fine suits and observe the fabrics as well.
