For many tourists, Orlando, Florida is a popular vacation destination for a variety of reasons. At the center of the Orlando metropolitan area, the city is highly populated and bustling with energy, as well as new opportunities for visitors. It is a place well known for its hospitality, and its variety of hotels, spas, and other services demonstrate that. Yet what it is perhaps best known for is this: Orlando is home to more than a dozen theme parks, with two of the most famous being Walt Disney World and the Universal Orlando Resort. Regardless, Florida has something for everyone! As such, Florida is one of the top tourist destinations for people both inside and outside of the United States.

Orlando is known as the Theme Park Capital of the World, and it stays true to its name. Regardless of age, these attractions aim to bring out your inner child, and inspire visiters to create lasting memories, year after year.

Perhaps most popular is Walt Disney World, as it covers four theme parks, two water parks, and twenty-seven themed resort hotels. Known as the happiest place on Earth, the park holds up to its lofty title through constant change and improvement. My opinion though is that Universal Studios Orlando is awesome and fun that a lot of people will enjoy. Some information about Universal Studios is that it has a lot of different types of rides. They have different sections of the park with different types of themes like the Harry Potter theme. That is one of its biggest attractions to the park. There is so much to do at the park you can go on rides, eat at restaurants, or just walk around the park
What comes to mind when you hear the word adventure!!? Well there is a place in Florida that is guaranteed to bring out your inner kid every time you visit. This place is known as universal Orlando Florida. This is a place where you can go on vacation and have fun like never before as you did when you were a kid. On my visit to Orlando I stated at a four-star resort located inside the theme park known as Cabana Bay Beach Resort, also went to universal studios and islands of adventure were I felt like I was a kid again.

Today Disney World has 4 theme parks and 2 waterparks. Magic Kingdom is one of the theme parks. It has many attractions, entertainment, dining, and events and tours. Some big attractions that Magic Kingdom has today are Big Thunder Mountain Road the most popular roller coaster. It also has Cinderella’s Castle located on Main Street U.S.A. The castle is standing at 189 feet tall. Surrounding the castle is a moat, grass, rose bushes, and a wishing well. At night it is a big attraction because over 16 million colored lights light up Cinderella’s Castle also with fireworks going over top of the castle. Magic Kingdom also includes The Hall of Presidents. It is a media presentation of 43 presidents showing their figures. Magic Kingdom is also known for their ride called Splash Mountain. It is a 5 story high log ride, and it has 950,000 gallons of water. During the ride their is many dips and curves. When you enter this ride expected to get soaked. Magic Kingdom has a great restaurant called Be Our Guest based off of Disney Movie Beauty and the Beast. It is a quick service restaurant, and you are bound to be pleased. Magic Kingdom is filled with many other cafe’s and restaurants you don’t want to miss. Another Theme Park at Disney World is Epcot. 1 big attraction Epcot has is The Circle of Life. It is a lesson that Simba off of Lion King teaches about keeping the environment good. It is a animation and live action, it is sure to keep you entertained. At Epcot you can talk with Crush the turtle off of Finding Nemo. You can ask Crush questions and he will reply he swims up right next to you. Here at Epcot you can meet many Disney characters including: Mickey Mouse, Belle, Aladdin and Jasmine, Donald Duck, and many other characters. Ever since I was a child, my family and I have been Disney fanatics. The Disney empire has created many amazing places, but my favorite location to visit is the Walt Disney World Resort. Every day 50,000 people from all over the world arrive at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida to experience the magic. When the park first opened its gates in 1971, 10,000 visitors made their way through. That number has multiplied five-fold and continues to multiply to this day. Since the 1971 opening, over 600 million people have experienced the magic of Disney. In my lifetime, I have visited the park with my family and friends six times. Each visit lasted four days in order to experience all the parks and their unique offerings. When I’m in Disney World, the experience each time is incredible.
