It’s my dream to encourage other people to connect the dots of spirituality for them-selves, to recognize the fullness of being and to live that fullness. That is where all our potential lies, and getting people to see it is what I was created for. That’s the reason when I see those interested to share with others their spiritual vision, wisdom and experience, I am at my happiest and most fulfilled moments. What powerful and inspiring words from a celebrity emanated by almost everyone. Who doesn’t want to be like Oprah? If she in her caliber is God fearing and worshiping, with all the wealth she has attained, who are we not to like wise reverence God Almighty? Let us thoroughly examine ourselves and take a great lesson from these anointed words of wisdom. They have obviously gone through the road of successes and challenges themselves to the effect that listening to their life stories pays-off. It is to our benefit to take hid to the wisdom of those who went ahead of us in life. The fact is most do not want us to repeat the mistakes or pit-falls they entered into, but would rather share information so we do things differently. Considering the new generations and the westernization of almost everything, the wisdom of persons who are elderly is seen as old fashioned and not relevant to this day and age. Especially young people, you hear them say, ‘What can these old people tell us, we know it all’. King Solomon asked of wisdom from God and he got it all. If we are the few blessed ones who have surviving elderly members of our families, generations and clan, we better make a drastic positive choice to hear them, listen attentively to their stories and effectively process as well as packaging it for our own progress in life. By so doing, we can never grow out of flourishing ideas, but instead we will wax strong in wisdom and understanding. This is not only applicable to persons that are young, but to every other age group, middle or whatever. You can be a big, huge and handsome men in stature, but without wisdom and knowledge you will most unlikely not earn the respect as
