Women were responsible for many early societal developments, but changing economic, political, and monetary systems led to it being advantageous for patriarchal systems to exist, in addition to being bolstered by the growth of technology. Patriarchy and other systems have always gone hand in hand, which yielded the socioeconomic conditions all humans have lived in as of now. It is important to understand the origins of patriarchy in such a way that can not only show how such inequality is engendered, but how myriad parts of society are intertwined in subtle but important ways. Society's most salient solutions to the matter are rather egregious, as they do not represent the other factors that have led to patriarchal domination. History has shown time and time again that seemingly unrelated things are entwined, and this is exemplified when discussing patriarchy. Changing monetary and political constructs, technological growth and development, these were the harbingers of change to human society, and along with these, new systems of patriarchal domination began to fall into place. This, as aforementioned, was not the doing of individual people, or even by direct intent, but came about naturally as a result of these developments. However, it is still important to understand what role was played by the oppressors in this situation, as while this wasn’t implemented by a group of people in a short timespan, society gradually began to develop in the direction of patriarchal domination. It is important to realize how history does not happen in single events; gradual change in the end is how all developments have been made. All things considered, it is the responsibility of modern humans, with the knowledge of how historical trends such as patriarchy has played out, to not only understand what direction society is shifting to, but also to prevent it if
