As I reflect on 2016 I am pleased with the result and progress made. Each goal set for 2016 as it relates to the key result areas of the Teleservices operation was obtained or just marginally below achievement, while others overachieved. I continue to feel as though I have a fantastic group of dedicated, motivated and loyal team members. Each with individual areas of needed development, but all with the required attitude and passion needed for further development. Triton faced numerous new challenges this year, including, integrating other lines of business, streamlining leadership in Mansfield, sudden decline in call volume, in addition to the normal day to day challenges. I feel many of the above mentioned challenges, along with my increased
involvement in client services, hindered business development goals set forth for 2016. I continue to manage delivery of superior results, support and service of each client, in conjunction with new business development activities. As we move forward into 2017 I expect many of the same challenges alongside new challenges as we work towards diversification of services and improved margins. Throughout 2017 I plan to limit the amount of time spent in areas where my involvement is not absolutely required, allowing more time for developing Danny and Andrew, as well as the other members of the team. I intend to spend more time on management system development, recruiting, retention, budget management and revenue enhancement opportunities. As well as my own personal development to ensure I continue my career growth in Tritons next Chapter. I feel focus in these areas will put Triton in the best position to overcome unforeseen challenges and allow achievement of company goals. I am optimistic about this next chapter for Triton, and the opportunities it may bring for Tritons growth as well as me individually. This year will require me to be deliberate in my approach to each area of the business so that I produce the highest quality work in each area I am involved in. should be fun!
