I chose nursing because I want to do something that is challenging, fascinating and makes a difference in people’s life. I wanted to become a nurse at a very young age. When I was a senior in high school, my stepbrother was diagnosed with stage four cancer. I was astonished to meet some of the most caring nursing’s, smart and liable people whiles my brother was on hospices. At that point, in my life I had never come a crossed awesome care team like them, from nurses to certified nursing assistance. From then on, I decided that I want to go to school to become a nurse. I started as a certified nursing assistance. I received an associate degree in medical specialist, which was not what I really wanted to do. Therefore, I decided to peruse my dream career. What I plan on doing with my nursing career is to work in a long-term facility. After I receive my lPN I will also like to pursue my career and become a Registered Nurse. I plan to change the life of the people I encounter with by making their life easier for them There are so many ways that I can evolve myself to become a professional nurse. Coming to class every day will benefit me in every aspect in my nursing education because missing a day of school will put you behind, and it is hard to catch up. Especially if you miss a quiz or an exam, most teachers do not tolerate make up test or quizzes and it ends up reflecting on your grade. You can come to class every day and if you do not pay attention, you will fail your class. One thing I have learn in nursing school so far is study the material that is needed for an exam or quiz, don’t over whelm yourself with materials that is not
