8. I believe in order to actually change this policy it would take fighting legislation in congress.

9. Due to this bill being passed by both houses I understand that both main political parties supported this policy.

Social policy reflections

1. The social value that is most central to me is service. Service should be incorporated to policy, by the application of education and knowledge through serving the community at hand.

2. I plan to deal with defeats and partial successes by continuing to strive for achieving the best outcomes no matter the shortcomings of achievements along the way.

3. As of this moment, I do not recognize any barriers to client involvement in social policy formation.

4. One policy, I would love to see is a poverty

policy act. It would take competent social workers collaboration in the policy sector, lobbying and advocate’s in grassroots movements, and the backing of the minorities and low-income residents to progress towards this goal.
5. I cannot agreed with that philosophy that the few laws the better, because I understand that laws are needed to bring safety and as population increases more laws maybe needed.
