In this essay, I will discussing New Age Spirituality, and its origins. There was no founder-figure, like Jesus or Buddha; however, there were several people who were involved in discovering the new religion. There is no church or meeting place and no text like the Bible or the Quran. It is an evolving Spiritual movement. In 1875, Madame Blavatsky created the Theosophical Society. This focused on the ‘hidden insights’ of Buddhism, Hinduism, and wester occult beliefs and traditions. There was one man who was influenced by the Theosophical Society called Walter Griffin. A few of the new age beliefs include Astrology and methods of foretelling the future, a belief that crystals are a source of healing or energizing power, and a belief that the tarot cards are a reliable way of helping you make life decisions and foretelling the future. One in four people believe that there is a God but have a new age view on who or what he is. For example, some believe that God is “A state of higher consciousness that a person may reach”, others believe in God as “The total realisation of personal, human potential”, and others that everyone is God. The new age is not a single religion; it is a mixture of many different religions and philosophical ideas. Most often than not, however, it does not agree with reason or science. It about the supernatural. A few other beliefs that people from the new age have are, Monism. This is a belief that everything that exists comes from a ‘single source of divine energy’; there is also reincarnation and karma. One of their main beliefs is called Pantheism. This demonstrates that all that exists is God; God is all that exists. This then leads to the idea that we are all God. Each religion has a different view on God, what faith is, sin, and many other aspects. New Age spirituality believe that God is a universal law, and a universal consciousness or energy. They believe that there is more than one God. This contrast with what Christians believe because they say there is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit all in one God. They also believe that God exists over creation and within it at the same time. New Age believers say that God is evil in his nature, and he is the creation, no the creator. Christians believe that God is Holy and righteous, and that he is the creator. Christian believe that God created man in his image. , and that we were created innocent, but have become evil in true nature. They also believe that we will never become like God ad that we are made of spirit, mind and body. New Age believers say the opposite. They believe that man is fully God and only a divine spirit. Innocence and perfections is the true nature of man. New Age believers say that Jesus Christ is a crystal avatar of God, and a guru or an enlightened master. They say that Jesus was a man who realised and used his divine nature. They also believe that he did not rise from the dead; instead, he reincarnated and came back as a higher spirit, God. Christians, however, believe that Jesus is fully man and fully God. They say that he is the path to finding God and he rose on the third day to

Both Christians and Zoroastrians believe that there will be an apocalypse. When this apocalypse occurs it is believed that the world will be cleansed of non-believers and evil. This apocalypse will occur after a Messiah has arrived on earth. The Christians believe that Messiah will be Jesus, whereas the Zoroastrians believe that the messiah to spur the apocalypse will be the third Saoshyant.
The Christian worldview emphasizes on one absolute God who is eternal and sacred. The origins that Christians follow is written in Genesis 1, proclaiming God spoke and created the world. God then created man in the image of God.

People are in search of understanding life and the happenings that surround them. When things go wrong, people turn to God for hope and understanding. As we look at the Jewish and the Christian faiths, both of which trace their origins back past Abraham and Moses, to the original stories of the Garden of Eden, we notice basic similarities and major differences between the two religions. The three main differences between Jewish and Christianity is the concept of God, judgment, and salvation. The most eminent difference between both religions is the concept of God. Christianity believes that God is trinity which means three persons in one the father, the son and the holy spirit. However Judaism sees God as a single entity, and viewsTrinitarianism as a violation of the Bible's teaching that ...

Christians believe that Jesus was the Son of God and a part of the Trinity, The Trinity is made up of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Judaism's view on Jesus is that he was just a human, a great storyteller and a prophet. He was not the Son of God.
McNallen (1995), Asatruars believe in Gods and Goddesses that are real just like the God christians worship (4). They pray to their gods and goddesses in a different way, they “commune and honor them while seeking their blessings through formal rites and informal mediation” (5) and they use items to remind them of their gods and goddesses. They also believe that their gods and goddesses “can become “charged” with a certain aspect of divine energy” (5). They also believe that “good and evil are constants” and that the result of a situation or instance “may or may not be “good” or “evil”, but it will still be the right action” (6). They believe that there is an afterlife and that the way one lives his or her life here on earth will determine how their life in the afterlife will be. If one lives a good life then good life awaits them in the afterlife, and if one lives a bad life vice to virtue their life in the afterlife will be doomed to dullness. Even with their knowledge about the afterlife they are not worried about it, they live in and focus on the
