Should One Get Up Early? In many communities, people used to get up late in the morning. In fact, people feel it as a disgusting matter, but cannot work out on it to change this habit. Therefore, the most imperative variation one like to have is concerning people’s waking time. On the whole, individuals like to take a sleep in the late-night and naturally they wake up late in the morning. However, our ancestors beseech us to get up early in the dawn to live the existence effectively. Furthermore, scientific studies also ratify morning’s exercise, which indirectly indicate early waking time as well (Anand et al., 2006). Nonetheless, many members of the societies prefer to relish late waking with proclaiming illogical or preposterous and horrible justifications.
With the purpose of practice strong routine people together with boosting their overall healthiness and disciplined attitudes and avoiding unwholesome diseases and unwarranted complications, one should get up early in the morning.

Why Schools Should Continue Starting at Eight Despite popular opinion, to be beneficial, schools should continue on their current schedules, and not start later. Starting schools later can have a variety of positive and negative consequences on students. Schools currently are at a time that gives students enough lesson time to learn subjects, but still have time to relax and take part in other activities after school. Many families depend on the time school starts to have easy transportation to school and work. Starting schools later will take away students time to do activities of their choice such as spend time with their families, socialize with others, and participate in extracurricular activities.
It’s been worldly known that exercising has a positive effect on the mind, body and overall health of an individual. However, exercising in the morning allows for these effects to be the most effective. By stimulating one’s mind, metabolism and energy to its ideal levels in the morning can allow anyone to be in their prime for the day, no matter what age. Exercising can be performed anytime in the day, but there is no need to waste any of the positive affects gained from it. Exercising at any other times in the day rather than in the morning will allow the individual to experience the ideal effect, but why not allow them to experience it the whole day from the time you wake up until going to bed. It is important to practice routinely morning exercises because it allows anyone to be the best they can be, no matter what situations that may stand in their way.
During my High School years, I lived in a boarding school which helped shape students to act responsibly when we were out on excursions, debates and sports activities with other schools. I was never the early bird, when I got enrolled into the boarding house. A matron was assigned to each dorm to get the students ready by six in the morning, everyday for school. She did blow a whistle every morning exactly by six a.m, which meant "get up". She did give us twenty minutes to take a shower, ten minutes to lay the bed, another ten minutes to get dressed, and then twenty minutes to get breakfast and join the morning assembly of what I dreaded. It was a structure that did help shape me for the future. In Junior high, I grumbled when getting out of bed each day, I also exceeded the time frame given and faced the consequences at the end of the day. It was hard to keep up. One day, I formed a group of students to join me in protesting against the hectic time frame
Don't you hate waking up early for school in the morning? Most high school students wake up before the sun rises just to become ready for school. Teenage brains do not begin to function that early considering many are tired from staying up late the previous night. The National Sleep Foundation reported that most teens do not retain enough shuteye, one study found that only 15% reported sleeping eight 1/2 hours on school nights. That fact was extremely true for me when I attended high school. I barely was able to wake up, get dressed, and be in school on time since I was so tired. In my opinion school days should start later, precisely in between 9- 10 o'clock. If the school day started later attendance would improve, students will be more prepared, and student's attitudes and grades may improve.
Do people or parents kids wake up feeling tired everyday in the morning? Well many people do sometimes especially me. Schools should start later like at 9 so bigger kids can stay later at work ,if they work in the mornings. Kids also like to be awoke at 8 and only middle school usually are tired in the morning since they are supposed to be awoken before 7 by schools I mean 7-12 grade since that is Middle and High school most of the time.
Education is an amazing opportunity, no matter how one receives it. Since the beginning of the public-school system, homeschooling had become a dwindling sight, until the last 20 years or so. The stigma surrounding homeschooling is one that paints parents as intolerant and children as awkward and anti-social. Many are skeptic about homeschooling and want their children to experience life outside of the home through public or private school. While this is completely understandable, could homeschooling offer a better education and more future success than public schooling? Homeschooling produces better test scores and is more academically effective than public schooling.

Scientific knowledge about sleep is currently insufficient to resolve the political and academic debates raging about how much and when people should sleep. Should school start at 7:00 or should it start later in the morning? In Douglas High School, start times are at 7:30 in the morning. Changing the school schedule to a later start time would result in many other changes affecting a lot of people. The tendency to get up before the sun rises is not a virtue. I believe the saying should have went, "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy.... and boring as hell because he is dead on his feet."
There are a few reasons for me not wanting to get up early in the morning. The first is entirely my fault. It is because I find it hard
