Exercise comes in many different forms that you can choose from. You can walk for about an hour and lose a portion of calories or you can run a couple miles and lose even more calories. If you watch television, you have likely saw one of those exercise commercials with exercise equipment like treadmills, elliptical trainers, and stationary bicycles that you can use.
