A lot of people that you know play on sports teams, right? You can go and join them, too! You can play, have fun, and be with your friends. There can be bad things about playing on a sports team, too. On sports teams, there can be good and bad things about being on a team.
There can be positive things to being on a sports team. First of all, the player can get rid of all of their stress that is inside of them. When an individual is playing a sport, they can get rid of the tension that is building up inside of them. A sportsperson would want to win a game, so they would eat healthy and stay fit. People can also learn socialization while playing. At the end of a season, you may be friends with a person that you didn’t even know before the season started.

You could get injured, for instance. If you were running and you tripped and twisted or even broke your ankle, you may be forced to sit on the bench for the rest of the season. In this case,you would also get little free time because you are booked with practices and games. You can’t spend a lot of time with your family because you have practice, or you may not be able to go to the movies with your friend because you have a basketball game. Sports can also make a person feel left out. If someone on your team is talking about doing something fun with their friends after a practice or a game, you may feel left out because you can’t go with them,or they didn’t invite
you. Not only you have a part to play in sports, you parents help you, too. Parents have to pay for all of the fees, such as the equipment, jerseys, shoes, etc. Parents also have to drive you to and from places. Your guardian may think that it is a waste of gas. But beside from all that, parents get to watch their kids have fun and they can be proud of what their child has accomplished. In addition, they will be proud when they see their child come home with the championship trophy. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t play sports.
