In the fact pattern provided, Mark Quickdraw, a detective is conducting an investigation case whose main mission is to capture a drug dealer named Sally Martin. Detective Quickdraw relies on what he heard about the drug dealer. That leads him to believe that she will be selling cocaine in the street she lives in. In connection to his belief, that shows the reasonable suspicion he had towards the drug dealer. Followed by reasonableness, he sends an informant Sneak Pete to her residence with police money in attempt to buy cocaine. The informant comes back and hands over a small bag of cocaine he obtained from a man in the residence. He also informs the detective that he suspects the drug dealer to be having amounts of drug since he observes a white plastic bags and digital scales. Not satisfie...
I think that shoplifting is a growing problem in today's society. I believe that the temptation of not paying for something is very big factor in why people steal. Shoplifters perceive shoplifting as a form of self nourishment or as a way to relieve fear or pain in their life. In truth, shoplifting is self-destructive not self-nourishing, but shoplifters often can’t see the paradox (slp). A person's addiction to shoplifting can develop quickly when the excitement generated from "getting away with it" produces a chemical reaction adrenaline resulting in what shoplifters describe as an incredible "rush" or "high" feeling, which many shoplifters will tell you is the "true reward," rather than the merchandise itself (slp). The perpetrator of shoplifting thinks he his getting a product for free and doesn't realize it's impact on his future or the community. Shoplifting has a wide range of affects on more than just the perpetrator and his future. It negatively affects the merchant, consumers, prices, law enforcement and the economy.
The accounting system misallocated motors from the asset manufacturing equipment to inventory. There are issues of honesty, responsibility, and professional ethics.

I Daniella M. Genzale was caught shoplifting from Sephora in Roosevelt Field Mall. I put two items of makeup into my pocket book and walked out of the store passing all points of purchasing. When I left the store the security made us stop and ask us to give them what items were taken and don't pretend nothing was taken because he watched us. Then we walked back into the store with the security and they took us into the back room, once we were there he showed us the video of us taking the items and calculated how much was stolen all together. We were in the room for about an hour before the police officers came and hand cuffed us. At this point I was in tears crying, I was worried my mom was calling me and she was nervous. I still don't understand

On Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at 1400 hrs. at the 84th Precinct, I conferred with the reporter, Sgt. Cheesewright, Field Intelligence Officer, PBBN. He stated that he executed a search warrant at 765 Park Avenue 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY. The target of the search warrant was Mr. Alexander Atkins who lives on the 2nd floor. He was observed previously by a CI in possession of a firearm. During the search warrant, Mr. Atkins was found in one bedroom while PAA Marcia Mackey was in another bedroom, both on the 2 nd Floor of the house. Why do people shoplifting? Reasons why people may have shoplifted are the sibling role models or wanting to gain attention. There are approximately 27 million shoplifters, 25 percent are kids, and 75 percent are adults. An average shoplifter would steal at least twice a week but, in my case, shoplifting occurred more than twice a week. I was never told if shoplifting was normal or not normal however, shoplifting made me happy when I shoplifted. Through multiple experiences, I learned that shoplifting is not only abnormal, but it is harmful to my past relationship and reputation.
