Harriet Tubman was a woman of many jobs and not only did she do them very well but she did them with love and with God in her heart. She is one of the most influential woman in U.S. history.
As a social studies girl, I knew most famous women in history. But without a doubt, I would choose Susan B. Anthony. She was a social reformer who played a significant role in women’s suffrage movement. As a feminist, she went against women stereotypes. During the 1800s, women were recognized as a social inferior group. Their jobs were categorized as a phrase- Republican Motherhood. This phrase means that as a woman, our job is to take care about domestic issues and we cannot take over men’ jobs. As a young woman, I had experienced gender stereotype in China. I believe that I state it in my personal statement. If I had a chance to talk to her, I would love to ask about her role as a political figure. What did she experienced that made her a

...e than most abolitionists. She was very smart and she always knew what she was doing to ensure that she stayed free, and to make sure that she was able to help others become free. While making her 19 trips back and forth with the Underground Railroad and using her strategy of following the North Star, she was able to avoid being caught. While doing her work in the civil war, she used her intelligence to make cures to help the sick people and her bravery to organize a raid to harass whites, which she never got into trouble for. She took great risks and it was all because she wanted to be free and she wanted other slaves to be free as well. Harriet Tubman was a very caring, intelligent, and venturous person who was able to free 300 slaves including some of her family. I think these qualities are what made Harriet Tubman so much more successful than most abolitionists.
Truth inspired words of hope; she motivated others to do something for what they believed was unfair, and left a legacy for humanity.
..., was a very intelligent woman she had saved a numerous amount of people. Harriet was a black woman who was so brilliant she created an underground railroad with shelter and food for the slaves in need. Even though, she had a major struggle with being accepted for her intelligence as a black woman. They told her horrible things about her underground railroad because with that the white folks didn't have slaves to work for them because they were escaping with the signs only they could understand. There were a couple who had gotten caught and brought back for whippings, but they couldn't have caught them all. Harriet Tubman was a fighter she fought for what she wanted and she won. Harriet became a well know black woman not slave because she was very inspirational! Harriet was a hero, a hero who was the black woman. Harriet Tubman inspired many slaves around the world.

... she addressed many problems of her time in her writings. She was an inspirational person for the feminism movements. In fact, she awoke women’s awareness about their rights and freedom of choice. She was really a great woman.
Harriet Tubman was a woman who cared for others and she also was a hero to many blacks. She had an extremely hard life although it eventually got better for Harriet. She was a very lucky and intelligent girl. However, as a child growing up, she was small, slow and was picked on because of it. She was able to make history even though she was a slave, and for a slave she held her own for a long time enduring beatings and whippings.
