The American dream is something that we cannot feel but we see. Since the beginning of our great nation the American dream has changed but still has the same basic principles life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Today it is has slowly changed to the right to make millions and be an entrepreneur. This is what it is seen as through most eyes in America. We believe now that money is happiness and the only way to truly be happy is to be rich. I believe this is untrue that the real way to be happy is not to be content with yourself and stop trying to better yourself but to continue pushing your own boundaries until you can not go any further. To be at peace with yourself and your life. This does not mean money is a evil thing and I hope people get rich because they have earned it through pushing themselves to their limits. The American dream needs to start to slowly change and hopefully that’ll happen in our lifetime. …show more content…

This is how America was founded in the first place and how it continues to grow and thrive. These immigrants start new businesses and bring new ideas and innovations to a modern society that is set on becoming the most advanced nation the world has ever seen. This is where the basic principles come into play. Without he tight for these immigrants to come here from other nations all over the world this would not be capable of happening. These immigrants come here because they know they can do just about anything they want to better themselves and The United States of America.
