My Personality Preferences: Introversion, Intuitive, Thinking And Preference

My Personality Preference is INTJ, which stands for Introversion, Intuitive, Thinking and Judging. Another name for INTJ is The Scientist or The Architect. The Scientist personality type often prefer to work alone or in small groups of people who think the same way they do, due to their Introverted way of working. While I agree that I work well alone, I also enjoy assuming the role of leadership when I do have to work in groups. However, this is not unexpected because The Scientist personality type is known for being excellent leaders despite their introverted tendencies. My personality type is known for determination in educational studies as well as open-mindedness and flexibility toward new things. These qualities will help me succeed academically

My intrinsic motivations inspire me to do better in school because I want to, and I believe that pushes me farther than extrinsic motivations. Although, extrinsic motivations, like wanting to have a fulfilling career, also influence me academically. Another strategy I can use would be to put myself in a positive mindset. I can develop a growth mindset by learning new skills from my peers and professors. My emotional intelligence might affect my career decisions based on how well I interact with other people.
