My Most Embarrassing Moment - Personal Narrative
Ding! Ding! Ding! It was everywhere, pen, pencil, papers, rubbers,
sharpeners and games. I woke up in a room which looked like a
recycling truck. I was so hooked up with my homework and playing my
games to the next level that I didn’t even know that I went to sleep.
I wasn’t in the mood to go to school. I just wanted to wake up when I
wanted to, eat ice cream for breakfast, complete all my games, watch
films and then go to bed when I got tired. But that never happened. My
name is Mathulan and I go to the Heathland School. I also have a
little brother Kohulan, he is the most annoying boy ever, and he
tricks me and gets me into places where I fell like banging my head to
a brick wall. I also had a dog named Bingo, he is an old dog who just
sits there doing nothing except for walking around the house for food
but it was a little bit over weight therefore I wouldn’t tend to give
him large amounts of food.
Apart from playing computer games, my next best thing was football.
I loved dribbling the delightful ball at top speed around dazzling
footballers, and I was desperate to get into the school team. I
arranged to meet my friends, Lloyd and Adib around 7:30, at the front
gate before school started to play some football before try outs,
which were coming soon. Both of them were not particular happy about
playing early in the morning, but they said yes. I dragged myself out
of my bed, squeezed the toothpaste onto the brush, stroked it on my
teeth, hauled myself downstairs and started to munch my toast. As I
was eating a question made me drop my toast. Where is my school
uniform? I leape...

they didn’t look at all pleased. This was because with the gate shut
there was no chance of football, I had made them wake up early for no
reason and make them walk and wait for me at school in the cold
weather. As my punishment I had to suffer a few days at school of my
most embarrassing moment ever! When it came to Monday my name was
everywhere from the school newspaper headline to Graffiti on the wall.
The question from everyone to me was “Is today the day you go to
school or is it on a Sunday or a Saturday” or it will be “ I’m
Mathulan and I love school so much that I come to school on a
Saturday” with a burst of laughter to go with it. All I had to do was
live it.

Personally Saturday nights are my favorite, and I followed the same routine every weekend. So why would this weekend be any different? My room felt cozy as I looked up time to time to see my twinkling Christmas lights I leave up all year. I loved how the sweet scent of vanilla filled up the plain air of my bedroom. Wearing my biggest sweatshirt that dangled at my fingertips, I sat on my bed leaning comfortably on my pillows. Every now and then, the sound of a notification would break the sound of silence. This is how I preferred my Saturday nights to be.
After the game i went back home and was extremely exhausted from the game. I fell asleep not knowing if my wish would continue forever or stop after today, there was only one way to find out. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
came home from school. At home, my parents pressured me to study all of the time, but I was frustrated
I lay awake remembering the first time I got Rufus he was only 6 months and my parents surprised me for my birthday when I was 5. I asked them and pleaded for a dog. My parents finally gave in. My parents got him from the shelter he was rescue dog that got abused by its owner. He didn 't have a tail but he was a gorgeous dog with a fleece white as snow. Though he had a kidney disease he was a ball of energy when i got him i never thought something alive can go so fast.
There is a point in everyone’s life when they step back and realize “I can’t do this anymore, it’s ruining my life”. Many of my friends have started smoking cigarettes while drinking at a very young age, and continue to use this drug currently and don’t realize the affect it has on their future. While I have been smart enough to avoid smoking, I haven’t been as wise at making decisions when it comes to drinking. The amount of partying I’ve done in college has taken over my life, and has had a huge impact on my grades. Changing my drinking habits and continuing to avoid cigarettes will enable me to be the best I can be for the rest of my college experience.

Once upon a time, I saw the world like I thought everyone should see it, the way I thought the world should be. I saw a place where there were endless trials, where you could try again and again, to do the things that you really meant to do. But it was Jeffy that changed all of that for me. If you break a pencil in half, no matter how much tape you try to put on it, it'll never be the same pencil again. Second chances were always second chances. No matter what you did the next time, the first time would always be there, and you could never erase that. There were so many pencils that I never meant to break, so many things I wish I had never said, wish I had never done. Most of them were small, little things, things that you could try to glue back together, and that would be good enough. Some of them were different though, when you broke the pencil, the lead inside it fell out, and broke too, so that no matter which way you tried to arrange it, they would never fit together and become whole again. Jeff would have thought so too. For he was the one that made me see what the world really was. He made the world into a fairy tale, but only where your happy endings were what you had to make, what you had to become to write the words, happily ever after. But ever since I was three, I remember wishing I knew what the real story was.

Ever since I was little I’ve been what you would call a “high achieving” kid. I did well in school, I did well in sports and I did well in my community. I was always the first one to class, and the last one to leave the field. I was the kid that all my friends’ parents compared their children to. I was the kid with a room full of trophies and awards. In my mind, the worst possible thing I could do was disappoint the people around me. In elementary school I was involved in every club imaginable. I was in the band, I played in the orchestra, I sang solos for chorus, I was in the math club, I was president of student council, I played travel soccer, I was involved in every activity possible, and I excelled in all of them. This

Years ago I had the most terrifying, shocking day of my life. I had between seven or eight years when this happened. The day before the accident, all my family was at my grandfather’s house. We all were eating the food my mother and my aunts brought, telling jokes at the dinner table. Meanwhile, I was playing with my cousins in the backyard. Everyone was enjoying the family meeting. As the time passed by and everyone was about to go home, my mother suggested the idea that we all should go at my grandparent’s ranch next day, since everyone was in town we all could have the chance to go. Everyone liked the idea. It was the perfect time to go because it was a weekend. As they all agreed to go, they begun to decide who bring what to the gathering. Who would have thought that thanks to that suggestion, I would lead me to the hospital the day of the reunion.
I was confused and scared because if Sunil walks into the class we then have to go too and this is what we didn’t wanted to do because we were already late and 10 minutes of class was gone. I remember once when I was late to my English class and the teacher made me stand on my desk and beat me with a round wooden stick in front of the class.
