This lady is the most wonderful person I 've ever met. She is old, affectionate, and intelligent. It took me eighteen years to realize how much this extraordinary person influenced my life. She 's the type of person who charms everyone with her stories and experiences. She always time for her family and friends. She is the kind of leader who does everything to keep her family together and in harmony. She is my grandmother. Growing up with such admirable as my grandmother, I was able to develop many of her qualities. When you first look at her, you see a refined woman with classy clothes and jewelry, however, if you get to know her better, you could notice that she dresses with all kinds of clothes including tight-fitting, colorful, dark, expensive, soft formal, informal, etc. She tailors her clothes so they fit perfectly. In the stories, Susan B Anthony Dares to Vote, and The Watsons Go to Birmingham the similar theme which is overcoming obstacles. They both find out how cruel the world can be and find the courage to try and protest unfair treatment. But they both push for equal rights, and eventually, it ends up working. While there are many similarities in the story there are differences too. There are different attitudes at the beginning of the story Susan B Anthony knows how cruel things can be, but in The Watsons go to Birmingham the kids don’t know how bad things can be until they visit their grandmother, they sit up front in a restaurant and someone tells them to go to the back.
She was the nicest lady you could ever meet. If you needed almost anything, she was more than happy to give that too you, even if she didn't have much of it herself. She always had people staying at her house because she never wanted anyone not to have a place to stay.

When I was a little girl playing with my dolls I always had a dream that I would be a mother. A good mother to a little girl that looked like me. I would daydream about how she would have my eyes and my golden blonde hair, she would be athletic and act like me. I always told myself that I would make sure she was happy and never wanted for anything. She would never cry herself to sleep, feel deep despair or know uncertainty as she grows into a woman. I would be there for her and show her how to be strong, fun, driven, loyal and dedicated. When she looked into my eyes she would know that I loved her with a fierceness that could never be compared. This was always my dream.
While my grandma and grandpa lived with us for five years, our family portrait was painted perfectly, up until my grandparents passed away. Finances were smooth, all of our siblings including me were emotionally happy, and best of all my grandparents were healthy. They basically raised my sister, my brother and I while my mom was out of town a lot for her job. Among from teaching me to be a warrior, she also taught me to treat others with respect, to see good in people no matter what their mistake was, and to never give up on somebody who wants to quit. I come from your typical average size family, which includes two wonderful parents, a sister who looks like a Barbie doll and a half-brother who is as big as a whale. My parents would always wonder why I would be so selfish and not very talkative towards my Grandma. To be fair, I never liked my Dad’s step mom. However, I had my reasons, but I just kept them to myself and acted like I liked her. Everyone is always telling me, you’re so lucky to have such a wonderful family and you should be very blessed to have them. Another thing is people are always telling me that not everyone has a family or can be loved by so many caring people around them and have it so good. But then suddenly, one day I uncovered a long- hidden secret that would break my family apart.
Something that I really struggled with was the passing of my Grandmother. She was a strong woman and an inspiration to everybody in my family. I think that I struggled with it because she was a great human being, I kind of looked up to her a bit, and of course she was part of my family. I think that along with her passing, I struggled with the fact that she died when I thought that she did nothing wrong in her entire life and did not deserve to die. Mainly the fact that she was a really good person and she just died like that.
