All successful people have a goal. No one can get anywhere unless he knows where he wants to go and what he wants to be or do. ” That quote by Norman Vincent Peale really spoke to me. When I was younger I didn't think about my future. The summer of 2017 is when I found out what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. The career that I have chosen for my future is to become a dentist. Become a dentist is one of my biggest dreams, because is something that I always wanted to be since I was a child. There are a lot of advantages of becoming a dentist that I really love about this career. That's not an easy goal to accomplish. In fact I've came up with three goal that will help me become an Orthodontist. They are: Maintain a 4.0 GPA at Tarrant County College so I can get into a good university, go to dental school, and become an orthodontist with my own practice. My mission in life is to become an Orthodontist. In order to do that I need to Maintain a 4.0 GPA so I can get into a good university. I not only want to get accepted into Medical school but I want to flourish in it. And my long term goal is to become an Orthodontist with my own practice. I want to maintain a 4.0 GPA so I can get into a good university. This goal is important because it will help me get into a good university. In order to achieve this goal I need to obtain better study habits. I will study daily, do all of my homework, Excel on quizzes/ tests and ask questions in class. Next I'm going to go to dental school. This goal is important because it'll help me become an Orthodontist. It's mandatory. I need to do well my first two years of college to achieve this goal. Some things things that I need to do to achieve this goal is stay focused and seek inspiration study everyday, and complete all my assignments on time.
