Municipal law and International law have their own distinction and the lay out in their approaches. They have different classification on how they classify their internal avenue of understanding. Municipal and International law consists of regulated subjects that they had governed and maintained policies. To know about the two laws, the discussions to be followed and distinguishes which among these would prevail in the supremacy for the entire globe. For me, as I have read the book of Isagani Cruz, it depends on whichever view we take because each has a problem that prevail the clash between the two laws, the municipal and the international law. In some point of understanding, each side has different level of classification. Because when international court justice indicates the fact, the domestic law will prevail and in some matters the international court will provide the laws. But when it is in the international arena, or its obligation than can be excused or that can be avoided somehow, then there will be deficiency in contradiction of the domestic laws even if the international tribunal cleared discrepancy and the obligation will still remains. And this practically matter, the clash between the two claims as difficultness in persuading which among will be applied and which among will prevail. One of the most important differences between municipal and international law are enforced. That the lack of an executive power which can make every decision from courts entails to international law.
