The term multi-disciplinary can be defined as the study of a single major topic with several branches of other disciplines. Nowadays, due to highly mobile and dissimilar society, profession changes are in routine. A number of studies have indicated that, after 10 years of work, perhaps as many as 80% of graduates have jobs with little or no direct relationship to their undergraduate majors [1]. Through the multidisciplinary studies program, students have the freedom to direct their studies in any one of several directions, gaining the versatility and flexibility so important in a changing environment [1]. The concept start the need is become more significant that required more knowledge together with other fields, computer competency is a common example. Students regardless of their major such as Fine Arts, Engineering, Medical, Geology, Humanities, Natural Sciences, Foreign Language, Social Sciences, Leadership and Religion must require computer skills. Similarly, different engineering majors are also combined in the execution of several projects. In this essay some of major disciplines are discussed by combining other engineering, medical and fine art disciplines to highlight the need of studying multidisciplinary with aspects of engineering field.
Multi-disciplinary in Engineering:
Creative and limitless design possibilities with breath-taking innovations will not possible without proper synchronising of different fields. Multidisciplinary is become common among engineering fields. Different majors of engineering are combined to execute single projects. For example geology, electronics and computer engineering are merged to investigate geological feature of earth to monitor earth movement for tsunami & earth quake alter. E...

In Edgar Allen Poe’s story, “Cask of Amontidallo”, Poe uses irony to show that revenge is not always as satisfying as humans want it to be. Poe uses elements, such as, the characters’ dress, the coat of arms to hint towards the ironic end. In the story Montresor, our protagonist, laments the many wrongs committed against him by Fortunato, the careless victim of Montresor. The action of the story occurs on fat Tuesday of Carnival in Italy. This is why both Montresor, and Fortunato are in bizarre costumes. This was also Montressors excuse to give the staff the day off as Jamil Mustafa said, “Montressor had given his servants ‘explicit orders to not stir from the house’ during Carnival.” This ensured no witnesses would be there to see Montressor.
Critics argue that “overemphasis on liberal arts can be detrimental to people” and ask “why doesn’t one just go to technical school to get what they are really after?” It’s because most jobs require the mental capacity to adapt as time passes. This mental capacity is obtained through studies of the liberal arts. For example, one might ask: what possible use could an executive IT (information technology) Manager have for a class like history 2393: Japanese history?
Vocational and Liberal arts programs are both important for an undergraduate's career. The two arts each have their own benefits, but a debate occurs when professors all over believe that a vocational majors supposedly prepare undergraduates better than a liberal arts degree (42). To some people this statement might be true but the two majors each have their high points and low

In this society, the major educational branches that receive the most attention is, the majors that Involve – Math, Science, Technology and engineering, also better recognized as STEM. It is difficult to find a job involving the arts because those jobs are limited and it’s also hard to find an occupation with a good salary. A good handful of college attendees are majoring in either in a science, or in technology. We have transferred into an era where technology has become prime and science has always been important but in this generation, there more discoveries and questions about the world around us, and many people focus on those branches of education because they have a great impact on society going forward.
Electrical engineering is a field that majorly involves the use of technology in the designing, developing, and testing electrical devices. Majors in electrical engineering focuses on the physics of electricity and magnetism, analysis and design tools of engineering, and circuits and system mathematics. If one takes a course in engineering, they are trained on how to design and make products, which are safe and can enhance human life. This course is not popular to many for it is very demanding and involving; therefore many beginners feel that they are not prepared. As a result, many joining the course find it challenging hence a large number end up dropping (Dan, 55). In order to solve such issues, the idea of using of concepts from popular disciplines like music in engineering was adopted.
Christene Collins BGSU EDWF 5670 Spring 2018 Career and Technical Education Quality Advancements Career and Technical Education has evolved from a sub-par education standard for underachieving students and is ever changing to provide more practical and quality instruction within the educational system. Students are offered a more varied and concentrated areas of studies, preparing them with practical knowledge and relevant skills often coupled with specialized certificates to enter the workforce. Students in high school and beyond are able to acquire skills from knowledgeable educators in utilizing the traditional mode of instruction and practicum settings for acquisition of skills. The Career and Technical Education areas are recognized on a national level within all educational opportunities as a viable means for career readiness through which persons are supported by academic and technical achievement. In response to ensuring educational leadership for career based instruction, the Association for Career and Technical Education was formed on a national level.
As an engineering student, design, develop and test electrical equipments is the major purpose of all time. In other words, electrical engineer is concerned with using electricity to transmit electric power. In electrical engineering, there are extensive subfields such as power engineering, control system and signal processing. It is also worth to point out the difference between electrical engineering and electronic engineering. According to the research, electronic engineering is a major that deal with the electronic system such as computers and radar, to be more specific, electronic engineers are concerned with using electricity to process information.
A fascination for Science & Technology and keen interest in the ever-growing world of technology motivated me to take up engineering. The power of research and delivering it for the growth of Society is what makes me interested in the technology side of science. I choose to major Computer science Engineering with an intense urge to delve into this challenging field. During my under graduation program I learned the various fundamentals of Computer science Engineering which together with practical course works reinforced my interest.
Possessing the basic knowledge in the field of physical sciences and the intuition in them made me to pick up Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as my majors for the Higher Secondary Education. After the completion of my secondary education, I felt that engineering was the only field which can transform and transfer my dreams in the field of sciences into a real one and also it would give me an opportunity to learn and explore how the fundamentals of science are appl...
There are various types of engineering that make the world the way it is. The engineering field is a huge necessity to the world. The field provides a sense of infrastructure and stability to anywhere and everywhere, and without engineers, the world would pretty much fall apart. Lots of people assume that engineering only has to deal with the environment and the external structures that make up where we live, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Other types of engineering include the makeup of the body, and the function of the specific internal organs. This is when we land on the field of biomechanics. The purpose of biomechanics is to study the function and the movement of the human body. This engineering field is very important because

At the dawn of the information age, to be young, as Wordsworth said in another context, is very heaven. Getting to know what goes inside computers, the engines of the Information Technology revolution, and knowing how to work with them enables one to understand the technology that makes it all possible. Understanding this, I chose to do my undergraduate study in Electronics and Communications engineering.
Computers and Technology have fascinated me right from my childhood and I have always had it in my mind to choose Information Technology for my engineering. As the years passed my eagerness grew and so did my thirst to attain higher education and now is the perfect time for me to ignite the spark in me. This has given me the courage to analyze the fact that I have a herculean task ahead in order to comprehend an extensive proportion of subject and enjoy it while assimilating the problems.
In the most basic sense, engineering means “making things happen.” It is the practical application of science and math, the two subjects I am most passionate about, to solve everyday problems. It opens up a world of opportunity to create innovative technology that influences many aspects of people’s lives, this giving an individual the power to make a difference. While I am deeply interested in the subjects that are the foundation of engineering, in addition I have many other personal reasons for pursuing civil engineering in specific. I am motivated by my desire to fulfill my lifelong goal of creating purposeful infrastructure, to make all of my family proud, and to prove that not all engineers
