Ms. Dolgenos has degrees in Administrative Sciences from Yale University, which she considered to be insufficient in her career, and Computer Science and Engineering from University of California, Santa Cruz. With a rather unconventional start to her career in several different fields, including teaching English in Taiwan for four years, before beginning to work at an answering service in the mid 1980’s where she would meet her future husband and business partner, Chris Neklason.
