Moving from one place to another allows you to experience many new aspects of life. There are many causes that make people moving to another country. The first cause of moving to a new country is employment opportunity. Many people move to anew country because of their job. They will be offered higher employment in the new country or have the opportunity to work in a position that was unavailable to them in their home country. The second cause of moving to a new country is majors. Many people tend to choose a special major that unavailable in their country such as Astrobiology , astronomy, archeology to show their skills and abilities. As a result of that they need to move to another country to study what they want. For example, if people
The main reasons for the migration despite the dangerous journey are due to many factors. Such factors include escaping their dark pasts and looking for a brighter one in the United States, looking for work to earn enough money to support their struggling family back home, seeking other opportunities like education, a loving family and more. Through both the sad and happy times during the travel, their motivation for seeking better lives is the key for their persistency and
Not long after, many countries followed these steps. To this day, nearly every single country allows equal voting rights. Though on paper it is true, many people in other countries still discriminate and move against equality. Some countries even restrict true freedom of speech and right to practice different religions. These are considered social factors, though may touch a bit on political factors too. The previous were some major reasons for migrating across countries, but from a smaller point of view, a social factor could be experiences with bullying. A child being bullied to serious and uncontrollable extent would cause the family to migrate to a different city in hope of a fresh start. Take as an example; the Amanda Todd incident. A teenage girl was bullied to the point where she had to move to several different cities. But while all these are push factors and reasons to move, there are also social pull factors. Social pull factors include: diversity in a certain community, safe neighbourhood, freedom to practice religion, and being closer to loved ones. Rights and freedom, a common trait in many people’s reasons for
Many of the people I know, after they graduated from high school they move to another country because they are going to study in college. I did that, after I graduated from high school in Caracas- Venezuela I moved to Miami- Florida to fulfill my dream of completed a career and be a professional. All countries have things that are in similar and different. Two places I have lived are Caracas and Miami, both countries have different laws, education systems and the similarity is the security.
people come for a better more ideal life, but they have no idea why they stay. New York
When I was 13, my family bought a farm in Monkey's Elbow, Kentucky. I had been use to the fast pace of the city I had lived in , Frankfort. I had thought transitioning from a city to more of a rural area wouldn’t have a big affect on me, but it did, a major one. In the late summer of 2012 my family bought the farm i now live on located along highway 146. The trips between our houses were unbearable. Lasting around three hours each from the farm to Frankfort several times a day.
Moving to United States of America. The important event of my life. There are various changes that can occur in an individual’s life. Some variations are very little and will not affect your lifecycle very greatly. Nevertheless, other events can be very significant and could change a person’s entire life, such as marrying, giving birth to the baby, or losing someone special.
I walked around unsteadily all day like a lost baby, far away from its pack. Surrounded by unfamiliar territory and uncomfortable weather, I tried to search for any signs of similarities with my previous country. I roamed around from place to place and moved along with the day, wanting to just get away and go back home. This was my first day in the United States of America.
For many young people, the idea of moving is absolutely forbidden. Why would anyone want to start over, again and again, having to make new routines, meet new people and somehow learn to accept that you won’t be with your friends anymore? Most of us would rather avoid the topic all together, but occasionally, it can’t be helped. People move for many reasons; maybe a tragic event occurred that needs to be escaped, maybe job opportunities popped up, or a job itself even requires the move.
There are many challenges that one must face as we go through life. I have faced a few myself, however, none proved more challenging than moving from my country; Jamaica, to the United States and subsequently moving to the state of Wisconsin. Deciding to leave behind family and friends is the hardest decision to make, however, there are a few things that I was not prepared for that made the transition more challenging than expected. Moving away from all that is familiar culturally, socially and economically can be even more of a daunting task than imagined. There are things that are taught to us by our parents and others that are more dictated by our environment than anything else, so when I immigrated to the United States I had three major challenges to overcome.
Life is full of experiences and exploration. In life everyone have something that has changed the way they recognize things. Most things change a person’s perception because of the experience they had in the past. I never imagined that my life would ever change. Being born in a different country and end up in a different place could be very hard and frustrating.
It was a beautiful, sunny day in South Florida. I was six years old, playing by the pool with my new puppy. I loved swimming in the pool almost every day after school. I also enjoyed going out on our boat after school or crossing the street and going to the beach. My father came home one evening with some interesting news. Now, I do not remember exactly how I felt about the news at that time, but it seemed like I did not mind that much. He had announced that we were going to move back to my birth country, Belgium. I had been living in Florida for five years and it was basically all I had known so I did not know what to expect. I had to live with my mom at first, and then my sister would join us after she graduated high school and my father finished settling things. I remember most of my earlier childhood by watching some old videos of me playing by the pool and dancing in the living room. It seemed like life could not get any better. However, I was excited and impatient to experience a new lifestyle. I realized that I could start a whole new life, make new friends and learn a new language. Belgium was not as sunny as South Florida but it has much better food and family oriented activities. Geographic mobility can have many positive effects on younger children, such as learning new languages, being more outgoing, and more family oriented; therefore, parents should not be afraid to move around and experience new cultures.

Living in another country is a difficult experience for many people. A common feature of people living in a foreign country is finding them Gathered together in restaurants, discussing about their home and their experiences in the foreign country. Moreover, these groups are not all from the same home country. Often, the interests that landed them in a foreign country are enough to connect them in building the foundations of friendship, like studying same major. However, the only thing that you can see obvisely is fear. As a Saudi student in USA I can say we often have to deal with many administration issues that may even result to the cancellation of one’s citizenship. Like getting USA Green Card. There is a fear of living in another country that never goes regardless of the period that one has lived in a foreign country. However, the interests that landed them in a foreign country, including education and business. It’s the same even the student didn’t come from same place. in fact that they didn't came from the same mother country. This will presents the argument that people living in another country are subject to change depending in economic and political way in order for them to fit in the new country.
Education plays an importance role in every individual’s life. Most at times, people in their native land are faced with challenges with education because of the large number of people who want to go school. There is also fewer school available in these native countries making it hard for people to have access. When this happen, they either have to pay a higher amount of money to go to a private school or wait in line for their turn. Addition to this, only brilliant students get to go school due the high demand nature of the school and this forces most people to emigrate to a country where they will have easy access to school or they do not have to wait to go to school. Not only does affordability and accessibility of school contribute to people emigrating to other countries but good job and high payed jobs opportunities are a factor. Countries turn to value outside certificate then theirs. This encourages people to travel for a certificate so they can get good jobs and be payed well. In summary, people emigrate to other countries for economical, familial, and educational reasons. People in their native land are under-pay and this compel them to migrate to another country. Families who been separated for one reason or the other want to reunite so they can help each other. Low accessibility to school forces people to migrate to another country where they can have easy access to the school. Authorities
