Volleyball is a fun game that was invented in 1895. Volleyball soon became popular and is now the second most popular sport. In 1964 the volleyball became a sport at the Olympics. There are two types of volleyball indoor and beach. Indoor volleyball there are teams of six and in beach volleyball there are pair, so teams are with two people. Many people play volleyball and there are many professional volleyball players and teams in America. One of the most successful players is Misty May-Treanor. Misty May-Treanor is the most successful female beach volleyball player in America.
As a rule to be the most successful female beach volleyball player the player needs to win a least one gold medal at the Olympics and be in the top three at the FIVB World Championships. Misty May has gone to the Olympics four time in her career: 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012. She won three gold medals and placed for fifth when she went to the Olympics. It is not easy to get gold in the Olympics and she got gold three times. Misty went to the FIVB World Champion three times: 2005, 2007, 2009. She won first place all three times. It is very hard to make it to the World Championships. For Misty to make it to the World Championship and then win first every time is a very hard task. I agree with you that this is a very gray area. At what point does doing something under coercion cross between voluntary and involuntary? You say that if someone is holding a gun to your head, you have no choice but to give them your money. I can understand how it may seem there is no choice available making this an involuntary action, but in my opinion, I say the choice, no matter the disparity between the two, was still existent. As Aristotle states “Choice is manifestly a voluntary act”. If someone holding a gun to someones head and them giving the perpetrator money was an involuntary act, there would be no instances of people choosing an alternate route.
