Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, Miss Betsy Cline is a murder. She may come across as an innocent young lady, but she has committed a crime that she must pay the price for. Betsy by the evidence I have, should be tried for second degree murder. You all know the saying,"You do the crime, you do the time."

I have many reasons to believe that Betsy Cline is not innocent. This young lady has practically led me to believe that she is guilty. She has clearly proven that she is not in favor of Mr. Griffin, by her remarks on her assignments. Knowing that she is not in favor of Mr. Griffin, it is safe to say that Betsy Cline has a motive. This motive could have easily driven her into the harming of Brian Griffin. Being that Betsy has a motive, I have no choice but to assume that Miss Betsy was not forced, or peer pressured into this murder. I strongly believe the previous statement, because Ms. Cline knew what she was doing was certainly wrong, and yet she still continued to proceed. Betsy was not intoxicated, or under a trance she had the full capacity to know right from wrong. She had many opportunities to run away, and tell a soul, but she never once tried.

I know that you are thinking it’s just a car, but the problem is that it wasn't just any car, it was Mr Griffin’s car. Now we have an eye witness, and evidence, where we can relate Mr. Griffin’s car to the murder. Now, what bothers me is why would you take a car, that isn't yours to the airport. Especially a teenage girl, who does not have the financial support of a job to buy a ticket. Now, the only solution to this mystery is simple, why hide a car at the airport? because what better place to hid a car then at the airport, full of endless flights, bustling people, and thousands of parking
