Through out his career one era that stood out was his family band called The Jackson
Five. The members that where also in this band were family members such as Jackie,
Tito, Jermaine and Marlon Jackson. Michael Jackson was a member of the Jackson Five
at age four, and then eventually he was the lead singer and front man of the family band.
Michael Jackson was the most important person in the whole band, he was the only
one who became a successful solo artist after the Jackson five band ended. Even though
Michaels childhood began early as a young boy he had many interesting facts that no one

Indiana to his father Joseph Jackson and his mother Katherine Jackson. His father
originally started and managed the Jackson Five band. Michael stated in an interview

time. Even though his father was abusive, he made them a successful band that made
history in the music industry and the music industry was Michaels childhood
