With all the research I found and read about according to the people and police in Mexico this is only the beginning for the Cartel and it’s going to get worse. They see the Mexican cartel moving up to other states. If no one stops them or tries to stop them, they will group bigger and move closer and try to take over like they took over more than half of Mexico. Everyday people in Mexico fight for their lives and freedom, parents hoping everyday they’re kids come home alive and to pray they don’t die as they’re children are out and not in parents view some parents fear for their

kids because some join these gangs thinking it’s the right thing to do and it will at least put a stop to people harming their families. When in reality its making it worse because in these gangs if they don’t like what you’re doing, feel you’re a getting caught, only to protect themselves and their families.
Police and government didn’t want to get involved. So smaller “gangs” started forming in Mexico to fight for their freedom and rights; because all these gangs were forming the drug cartel started a big blood bath battle between themselves and all the new gangs to see how far they go. People were scared for their lives and families, because of all the gangs that started to form. They started taking peoples young as well as older kids to show its okay to stand up for your family. The parents knew it wasn’t right or a good idea but they couldn’t say no because they would kill them to. Police and the government basically let the people fight for themselves, because between the last drug wars they had with the cartel; about 15 police were killed outside of Guadalajara. The government was really surprised when this haphappened because the cartel never interfered with the police at any moment only to keep them at their sides but this time all bets were off. The drug cartel said because of the breakdown in Mexico with all these smaller gangs weren’t being stopped by the police or anyone else they had only one choice but to kill the cops to show them that it’s not only drugs but also all these other new gangs that are causing problems with other turfs. To these gangs they feel there doing nothing wrong because they’re trying to seek freedom for themselves and families, but the cartels sees otherwise.
Such a tragedy, between the years 2006 and 2012 over 60,000 people have been killed because of the drug war with the cartel, 70% of these crimes were some way.

Shape or form related to the drugs. The people who were alive and had nothing to do with what was going on were taken and arrested and accused of working with for the cartel or knowing something. Since no one opened their mouths the U.S. figured if they locked up each leader in all these groups the violence would stop and the groups will die out; but the people said otherwise. Taking away their leader only made them angrier and which caused more groups to build up to finish their leader’s job. So they know not to let him down in what they all want and believe in. For example, the police figured if they captured Joaquin Guzman Loera better known as “El Chapo” who is the most powerful trafficker; his group would stop but they didn’t they became more violent and angrier, El Chapo then had escaped from a maximum-security prison to finish his job. El Chapo noticed that the smaller groups started focusing on kidnappings, car theft human trafficking and much more. Which is then going to make them known in the state rather than the

U.S.
Last year in Chilapa Mexico, a case had come up about 43 students that had disappeared in Iguala a short distance away from Chilapa where all these dangerous smaller gangs were.

The government investigators said that the mayor and the police of Iguala stood with these local drug gangs and watch these group of kids get murder and burned. Reason for these kids that were taken was to show the traffickers that they want their land back and if they don’t they’re going to slowly start killing people in their cities to show that they’re not playing around anymore and deserve their freedom. People say it is common for them to walk around and see dead people some beheaded or with signs of torture. They found a body with a note attached to it that said “Here’s your garbage, possums with tails”. Days later they found seven bodies decapitated and some with a message carved into the torso stating, “Sincerely, Rojos” because of the threats and violence going on. The government and police started to get scared and decided to not interfere with the Rojos or anyone at that matter because the government and police were scared the people felt they had nothing to live for knowing the people who can protect them can no longer protect them
