Recommended: Effects of mental health stigma

My advertisement provides some mental health resources and some warning signs for the risks of mental health. This advertisement is meant for those the people who are struggling with mental health and the people who know someone that is struggling with mental health. I had a lot of stress for a while, so I was very clear about the feeling of helplessness and the loss of hope for my future, although I did not have the tendency to commit suicide. Therefore, I strongly recommend that people who need help should find someone they know or a therapist to help them overcome the depression, so I hope this poster can help those who need help.
