People in World War 2 would ride onto shore in boats and many didn't even make it onto the beach cause they where killed. Anne Frank was missing out of her childhood because of the Holocaust. We learn about these things so we don't do this again and we learn from are mistakes.
The Holocaust is one of the most learned about events in history. The question is, why do we learn about it? We choose to keep the horrors of the Holocaust fresh in our minds and the minds of our children to keep it from ever happening again. The United Nations was formed to keep another World War from happening. We study the Holocaust so that we can identify the early stages of genocide and stop it before it starts. We put so much effort studying history to keep it from repeating itself.
Adolf Hitler came into power of Germany in 1934. Wanting power, land and revenge, Hitler gets troops ready to attack. Hitler was a troop in WWI for Germany. Once the Germans lost the war, Hitler took that personally, and wanted revenge. For example, in the book “Maus” it states, “He had to sell his business to a German and run out from the country without even the money.”(

A holocaust is defined as a disaster that results with the tremendous loss of human life. History, however, generally identifies the Holocaust to be the series of events that occurred in the years before and during World War II. The words. Why did they have to exist? Without them, there wouldn't be any of this.” (Zusak, The Book Thief) words are believed to be the driving force behind the mass genocide during the Holocaust and the carnage of World War II. Politically, Adolf Hitler used propaganda and strong speaking skills to sway the options of the masses. Economically, he was able to blame the country’s economic troubles on the Jewish population and use them as an easy scapegoat. Adolf Hitler’s lack of social toleration and strong anti-Semitism helped to push the notion that all of Germany’s troubles were caused by the Jewish population. Not only was Hitler aware of the ability of words and the press, he was also aware of the influence that he could make on the youth. Both in school and in out of school clubs Hitler was able to control and build the intellect of his ideal race. Because of Adolf Hitler’s ability to manipulate words and turn them into striking action, the Nazi party was able to grow with immense strength, dauntingly fast.
The Holocaust was one of the biggest disasters the world has ever seen. More than 1.5 million children were murdered 1.2 Jewish children, along with thousands of gypsy children, and thousands of handicapped children. To begin with the holocaust had a great impact in history even though it was a time of disaster, murder, and discrimination. It was a time in which Adolf Hitler,German politician and Nazi party leader, wanted all Jews suffering or dead. Adolf Hitler turned everyone against the Jews because he believed that they were to wealthy and too powerful so he wanted to eliminate all of them. The Jews went through a lot of suffering and pain. All women were separated from the man and woman were mostly killed instantly only some got the opportunity to work. The some ways that the jews were killed is that they were put into gas chambers by tons or shot by soldiers. Jews were also dying by starvation dehydration soldiers would not give them enough food or water. They would only want those with blue eyes and blonde hair they discriminated all the others. Soldiers would not only kill the Jews but torture them for anything they did.
