Rights of women Regardless of women's weakness from natural and physiological sides it would be fairly to observe the rights of women at the level of consciousness, moral excellence, knowledge, education and intellectual ability. Mary Wollstonecraft claimed in her essay that woman is not located on the lower level of development in relation to men, but it tends to be viewed so to the society because of lack of education. Through out the history women remained in the shade when it raised questions about human rights. But men and women should have equal human rights. Mary Wollstonecraft claimed that : " With respect to the culture of the heart, it is unanimously allowed that sex is out of the question; but the line of subordination in the mental powers is never to be passed over. Perhaps, every working woman will agree with it. Since ancient times people had a stereotype that woman plays the role of wife, mother, mistress of the house and not more than it. Today, there are three types of women: the first is priority of choosing their family, the second is priority of choosing career and others want to combine both. If the first and the third categories were quite common in Kyrgyzstan some years ago, the second, as a conscious choice of women was much rarer. It means that people had the part of this stereotype in their minds. Religion also plays a big role in determining women's status. In Islamic countries the right of Sharia establishes special requirements in terms of clothing, career choices for women and the segregation of the sexes. For example, in some Sharia countries bus was divided into two halves - male and female. Women were denied of access to the profession of bus driver because the cabinet was in the male half. So, it means that women were infringed on right of choice. But time passed
